Summary: Great equipment, practical; the prints use premium quality paper at an affordable price, compared with photo stands or photo shops. A pity Sony has not made more printers, so if you have one, enjoy!
Summary: I own several of this units that are used in a small business to take pictures for tourists with exotic birds. This is a very versatile and feature loaded printer. It is also very compact; just a great product.
Summary: Dye-sub printers may not have the most impressive resolution numbers, but ink jet printers have to use a large number of dots in a diffusion pattern to create a single point in the correct hue and gamma.
Summary: I am a hobbyist photographer and I used this printer for my daughter's school dance. For 3 hours, I shot posed photos and printed as I went. At the end of the dance, the guests picked up their photos.
Summary: I bought this printer to make sublimation prints to apply on cups. I'm very pleased with the excelent software that is included. Print time is not bad considering the cup last a life time. Basic prints via pc were high rez, and will also last a life time. This printer was very easy to set up.
Summary: Wow. Incredible little printer. I was a little concerned about the DPI but the photos it produces look like film quality and there are absolutely no discernable pixels. Color is fantastic. Like everyone else mentions, beware of what paper you buy.
Summary: I have had this printer for a few days, and I am very satisfied. First, it is so simple to set up and easy to use. Second, the quality of the photos is very good. Third, the price was right, and finally, it is very cool to watch the photos print.
