Summary: This has proved itself to be a good reliable printer. The only issues I've had was once using an aftermarket toner... it stoped working... It took a while for me to resolve the issue, and it was down to a fault on the toner cartridge not the printer... so next time I replace the toner I think I'll be going for a Samsung product!
Summary: Easy to set up however, paper constantly jams and then printer starts to overheat. It will run well for a day or so and then starts jamming again. It has nothing to do with the type of paper being used, the amount of paper in the tray etc. Really disappointed.
Summary: I was after another printer and as I like Samsung products I looked on the internet for a good priced laser printer to see what was available. After ages I came across this one, the reviews were not special, some complained about the noise and other small irritations, but it was the right price and a Samsung so I though I would buy one and see for myself.
Summary: I got this after a lot of research and reading reviews. I've got it connected to the router and is always on. It prints pages quickly, print quality is good, does duplex printing out of the box and so far I haven't had to order another toner even after several months. Considering a price of £138 and an £80 cashback this is a fantastic buy. This is used in a house with not much heavy usage except for printing kids assignments and the occasional article for us.
Summary: I bought this printer after my old Samsung ML6060 finally wore out. The old printer gave me many years of good service hence going for a similar Samsung again. This time I went for a network connected printer so my wife could also use it even when my computer was not switched on. This printer is much faster than my old printer and also has the advantage of an integrated duplex unit for double sided print whereas with the old printer I had to manually insert the paper...
Summary: The printer itself is fine, if a bit noisy when running (but no laser printer is silent). Easy to set up, hook up power and network, printer is configured to get an IP address using DHCP. My MacBook Pro found the printer automatically through Bonjour and Windows machines found it fine too, drivers downloaded automatically and away it goes. Fast to print and output looks good.
