Very Satisfied, works perfectly on my Linux (Debian) system.

Summary: Humpty Dumpty's review convinced my to buy this printer. Totally satisfied. Wanted a fully supported Linux printer. Downloaded install scripts from the Samsung website -- they installed into /opt/samsung... properly staying out of OS owned file systems. :-) Configuration via the cupsd web interface was easy, the printer was found immediately. The install did not replace ./usr/bin/lpr, as it did for Humpty Dumpty.
Summary: Great printer at a great price! This printer runs about 30 pages per day in our office. It's fast, reliable, and was easy to set up. We get about six months out of a toner cartridge. Very happy with it and bought a second one.
Summary: My color printer cost too much to operate. There was a constant requirement to replace ink cartridges that were not empty, just past their arbitrary expiration dates. Then I realized that I was only printing in black and white anyway. This unit produces high quality prints in seconds, not minutes. It is much easier to use, makes almost no noise, and has a very small footprint.
Summary: Duplexes with ease and elegance, takes input from the front feed great, print quality is good, not too loud, sleeps and wakes as it should. If it lasts as long as the ML1710 it is replacing I will be very pleased indeed.
Summary: I had a previous Samsung printer that was a little problematic, so was a bit leery with trying the brand again, however this little laser printer is doing its job just fine. It is not used in a heavy office setting, but as a home printer and I think that is the use it is best suited for.
Summary: I have 3 others purchased before overtime, I would not buy anything other! I had a great experience with this model printer, the cartridges last many prints in fact I think it last me over a year, I use it as a desktop printer, prints instantly fast, never have issues jamming, good quality prints, great office desktop printer.
