A very nice little printer for a small office

Kerry (Advance Vision Center), Amazon
16 July 2014
  • Summary: A very nice little printer for a small office, and probably the best you can find if you just need a network B&W printer, not a big color printer/copier/fax/scanner. Samsung's drivers work well and are easy to install. The printer prints quickly, and the duplexer is great for saving paper.

Out of support

Piano Player, Amazon
17 May 2014
  • Summary: The printer was fast and it used little ink. I used it to print books that I could not afford to buy. However, when it broke (about 6 months after purchase) there was no way of fixing it. They don't even sell cartridge for it anymore!

Problem free, wire free printing

Stasy S, Amazon
10 May 2014
  • Summary: The first thing that got me to buy this printer is the light color of it. Most other printers out there now are dark gray or black. I wanted white or close to white. Then, it is wireless. That's another criteria I had for my new printer, Lastly, it prints on both sides. I had my old laser Samsung printer for 10 years before and it still worked fine, but I wanted wireless operations. This was the choice.

Sent me a used, broken product

Brad Dittaro, Amazon
26 December 2013
  • Summary: I bought this for my wife for Christmas. When it arrived, it was all taped up which was worrisome to begin with. When she went to set it up, the instructions and cords were in an envelope instead of packaged in new separate bags; the ink cartridge had no tape wrapped around it or materials that had to be removed as the instructions showed, suggesting it had been used, and there were a few pieces of paper in the tray, also suggesting it had been previously used.

Love it! Fantastic deal

Natalie, Amazon
1 September 2013
  • Summary: I bought this printer to replace my inkjet. Great decision. It's so efficient. Can print tons of pages. Also the toner is inexpensive. Almost the same price as I paid for ink cartridges...except it will last 2500 pages instead of 420. Love the duplex feature too. Great machine for such a low price.

Excellent printer for the value.

Kay Rosburg, Amazon
17 August 2013
  • Summary: This is an excellent printer for the cost as purchased from Amazon. Print quality is excellent. The noise level of this printer is comparable to our HP printer and is acceptable. I do notice a fluctuation in my desk light as the printer starts and just after the print job is finished. It is annoying but acceptable. Set up is straight forward but required two attempts to get the wireless function to work. Double sided printing works fine.

Fraudualnt seller

C. Jones "keen on kindle", Amazon
24 July 2013
  • Summary: I am very troubled. I bought the item on amazon and received it from staples. I realized amazon used a 3rd party retailer to ship me the item. The item is defective and I called Samsung to trouble shoot. They said it's defective and to return it. I see you don't accept returns. BAD FORM. I called staples who is willing to exchange it or return it but if they return it the credit goes to the card used to purchase it which isn't me. They said what you did was fraudulent.
