Summary: I would not buy this printer again. This printer cannot print double-sided despite the manufacturer's claims because the paper always becomes stuck as it is sucked back into the printer to print on the other side.
Summary: I bought my first laser printer years ago. I've replaced printers due to newer models coming out, but I've never had one outright die like the ML-2851ND. Like others, my fuser died when it was just out of warranty, and a new fuser is $100. So basically, it's junk.

Summary: I've had a lot of frustration with this printer because it often picks up more than one page from the main tray and a jam results. The problem is lessened by using perfectly stacked / aligned paper fresh out of the package, but I find jams still occur every 10 to 15 pages.
Summary: I almost never review products, but this printer is AWFUL. I would give it zero stars if I could. I got it because of good reviews and a reasonable price, but it has been horrible. It jams constantly (literally every time I print), was difficult to set up on our home network and has expensive toner.
Summary: Avoid the headaches associated with ownership of this junk
Cons: Cheap! This printer is a piece of junk. Samsung customer support is even worse. The printer stopped working correctly after about 12 weeks of average use. We shipped it to Samsung and they returned a refurbished printer that had even more serioius issues. It printed large black streaks down every...
Cons: Disposable. After three months the printer started making funny noises when it was turned on and the red LED stayed lit. The manual lists about seven things that could cause this from the printer being out of toner to "a major error has occurred." From what I could find online, it usually means t...
