The Samsung ML-2851 is made for small and home businesses, and it's a great value for those types of businesses, as long as they recognize its limitations: it's not an all-in-one, so a fax, scanner, and printer for color copies will be separate purchases. But if monochrome printing is all that's needed, this printer can churn out good-looking pages like nobody's business. Read more

This is the Ken Griffey Jr. of printers. Early in it's career it demonstrates impressive power and grace - printing duplex pages quickly and in high resolution. Then on one normal day, there was a little twinge. It had become injured. It's streaking now. And just like that it's career will never be the same again. Now it streaks badly. It doesn't matter how much rehabilitation or how many new cartridges you give it, it's days of power and grace are over. Read more

Mediocre, flimsy, looks great on paper re: features, networking, etc. but all I need it to do is print reliably w/o jamming pages & that it has difficulty doing. Read more
- When it's not jammed up, it works well. When I'm printing checks, sometimes they don't come out crooked from the manual feeder.

I have bought four of these for my office so far. After about a month of service I now know why they are super highly rated. I am very happy they have all functioned flawlessly and are quite and fast super happy with them. Now why wont every store cary them is the question. Read more
