Summary: Too slow to print, fuser runs super hot after only 2-3 pages. Don't buy it. Not a good printer. Rollers are dirty, paper jams all the time. Bad deal. Too slow to print, fuser runs super hot after only 2-3 pages. Don't buy it. Not a good printer.
Summary: I have owned this printer for about 6 months. 90 % of what I print out are blank crossword puzzles, with occasional text documents. The original cartridge ran out after printing 600 pages. It was supposed to last for about 1000 pages. One of the reasons for this is that you can only print "normal" or "best" quality. Other printers that I have owned would allow you to print using a "draft" quality. Perfect for puzzles or documents for casual personal use.
Summary: Like some others, I've been experiencing paper feeding problems with this printer that I got less than 1 year ago. It somehow doesn't pickup paper consistently anymore. I usually need to open/close the front cover on the printer 10+ times to get it retry and pickup a single sheet of paper. It prints fine when it's able to pickup the paper. But due to the paper feeding problems which a lot of people seem to be experiencing, I wouldn't recommend this printer.
Excerpt: Typical to that of a Korean manufacture, Samsung have a tendency to compromise on quality to bring down prices. For this reason I avoid Samsung especially when it comes to electronics such as LCD's and Plasmas. However, 6 months ago in urgent need of a replacement printer I purchased a Samsung ML 2510 printer. The main reason for purchasing Samsung despite my reservations is down to the price.
