Summary: I have read several of the 1 star reviews on this printer and they share a common theme. It starts out working great at first then you get poor paper feed reliability and paper jams after using it for a while. This was exactly what I had experienced early with this printer and it wanted to throw it out for this reason.
Summary: I have owned this printer for about 4 years. It cost me only $40.00 brand new at eBay, probably because the quality of Samsung printers was not generally known and someone had an overstock of them somewhere. I have two other laser printers, a Canon and an HP and I print A LOT, I am a semi-retired CPA that still keeps the books and taxes for over 40 companies and 200 people, working from home. However, this is my main printer, the Samsung ML-2510.
Summary: Don't let the price or the size of the Samsung ML-2510 fool you. This little printer is more than capable of handling the daily tasks in you home or small office. Print quality is excellent and very fast. One thing to note, the first page take a few seconds to produce. No big deal unless you are always working at light speed all the time, which will cause you to die young, at that point printer speed matters little.
Summary: This very small footprint laser printer is perfect for monolaser applications. Good sound control, excellent resolution, and adequate speed. Recommend for small office applications and home office use. Works for any normal office software applications. Easy to install.
Summary: This is a good printer, little bit hot, but a great printer. Laser printer are very good, you can get a lot of copies with one single toner. Samsung had created this printer to make things easier for us, just buy it and you'll see what I mean :)
Summary: I owned an Samsung ml-1710 laser printer for years and love it. When I needed one for my son for college, I went looking for another ML-1710. Found the new ML-2510 on Ebay for the same price as a used ML-1710. So I bought this one in spite of some bad reviews about paper jams. Had this now for a month and it is even better in print quality than the ML-1710(which was always a little light for me), faster and takes up the same small footprint.
Summary: I have spent over 3 weeks reserching all manner of laser printers used primarily to print packing lists and mailing usps labels for e bay. This one is JAM PROOF, LASTS A LONG TIME, PRINTS GREAT CRISP COPIES, CHEAPER THAN USUAL. So I'm really pleased with this unit.
Summary: Ive owned the ML-2510 for over 5 years I think and its a work horse!! it does an amazing job at spitting out sheets fast and clearly, I can count on one hand the number of times ive had a paper jam. How many people can say that about their printers? The price for the machine and the ink tonners is spot on with unbeatable in my opinion. A buy for any small office or home.
Summary: I have used a Samsung b&w printer for years. It has proved to be a reliable machine. So, when I needed a second printer I purchased the ML-2510 black and white. The new machine is smaller and faster but construction feels a lot cheaper. At the moment I'm very happy with the purchase. If I have any complaints it would be first that the paper tray in this model is not hidden inside. Obviously, to make the printer smaller this had to be.
Summary: Too slow to print, fuser runs super hot after only 2-3 pages. Don't buy it. Not a good printer. Rollers are dirty, paper jams all the time. Bad deal. Too slow to print, fuser runs super hot after only 2-3 pages. Don't buy it. Not a good printer.
