  • Pros: printer is nice looking, but I ordered the wrong one. Sorry, but I do not have time until after Christmas week to pick out a replacement. Please just refund my payment.
  • Cons: no problem, but I do not want a laser printer, I will stick with deskjet, prefer HP.
