Summary: I thought I could buy this printer refurbished, but it never ended up working. I contacted text support and it had to be sent in to be fixed. Returned it to the shipper. Gave it two stars because I want to warn to be wiry on buying refurbished.
Summary: This printer is fine if you just want to print from your computer. If you want to fax forget it, it doesn't have a have a fax like they said it would. If you want to scan a document, forget it, it doesn't have that function either. If you were expecting a touch screen anything, forget it there is no touch screen on this printer. Also very hard to configure. I cant print anything unless it is in a word document format.
Would be great if the most important feature were working.

Summary: I bought this because it was a wireless color laser and when I received the first one, I could not get it to sync up with my Wireless Router. I sent it back. When I received the next one, same problem. I don't really want to send it back again, because I really need to use the printer and although I'm forced to connect to it via cable, it is working. I'd love for the person who sent it to me to send me a working wireless network port and I'll install it myself.
Summary: Read all of the reviews prior to buying this and none addressed the issue of print cartridges. The WiFi setup was a little tricky (as reviewed) and the print quality isn't bad. However, I've had this printer only 2 months and with very light usage, it's already asking for new toner cartridges. There's no way this gets anywhere near the promised 1,500 pages per cartridge.
Summary: I've been seriously disappointed with this printer. I bought it almost automatically after my previous Samsung CLP-310 had served me well for over 3 years, eventually failing with a burnt out fused unit which would have cost more than a new printer to repair. I simply wanted the same quality and longevity from the new model. Unfortunately, as with so many years things, this newer model seems to be of much lower quality.
Not good saddly - 1st one would not print, 2nd came damaged

Summary: Had to return 1st one I ordered. When I tried to run the printer software CD it simply would not start for love or money. So went to Samsung website to download - the printer driver from there however after all this the thing would not print. Would not pick up paper from tray just made lots of grinding noise. No obvious signs of damage to packaging so must be a fault with item. Amazon refunded but were out of stock so bought a replacement from market place.
