Did not like this printer

Peter L. Coleman, Amazon
12 December 2013
  • Summary: Clunky and slow. Dimmed the room lights everytime it came on, so it draws a lot of juice. Returned it for credit.

Not supported

charles e., Newegg
25 November 2012
  • Summary: Samsung shouldn't advertise a product having mobile printing capabilities if they are not going to support it!
  • Pros: prints quickly and photo quality is higher than expected
  • Cons: Do you see this printer listed below in Samsungs mobile print app list of supported printers??????? I do NOT!!! **Supports Only Samsung Printers** * Scanning and sending fax is supported only on supported N/W printers. * Only Printing can be done on printers connected via Print server or Shared. ...

I seem to have been unlucky enough to get a faulty piece

Vikram Ramanathan, Amazon
17 October 2012
  • Summary: I will reserve my full review after Samsung support has had a chance to address this, but long story short - After I followed the instructions and switched on the printer, there was loud grinding sound and the printer reported an error code.

I am very disappointed.

Pierre Kamguia, Amazon
17 October 2012
  • Summary: This is a lousy printer. Very slow and somewhat noisier than I expected. Third party ink from TM-Toner DOES NOT WORK IN THE ORIGINAL CARTRIDGE and creates a real mess inside and outside the printer. I am very disappointed.

This printer is terrible at making double-sided copies

Kirk Hanson, Amazon
17 October 2012
  • Summary: This printer is terrible at making double-sided copies. The corners of the pages get bent over and the machine frequently jams. I've also had a very hard time setting up the wireless connection and it won't communicate with one of our laptops.

Didn't Work

Nicole Morrison, Amazon
17 October 2012
  • Summary: I thought I could buy this printer refurbished, but it never ended up working. I contacted text support and it had to be sent in to be fixed. Returned it to the shipper. Gave it two stars because I want to warn to be wiry on buying refurbished.

I was hesitant at first due to other ratings but this was the smallest and "most square"

Michael Rolle, Amazon
17 October 2012
  • Summary: printer I could find. I run a business and my HP 2020 series has caused me headaches from day 1 so I had to change. Printers arrived and I thought I'd only open 1 and se if I had the same experience that others had during setup...and I did.

SUCKS printer cartridges dry!

Dave Shaw, Amazon
17 October 2012
  • Summary: Read all of the reviews prior to buying this and none addressed the issue of print cartridges. The WiFi setup was a little tricky (as reviewed) and the print quality isn't bad. However, I've had this printer only 2 months and with very light usage, it's already asking for new toner cartridges.

It's okay, but there is better out there.

gf, Amazon
17 October 2012
  • Summary: HUGE printer. HEAVY printer. Convenient access to print cartridges, though. I bought one when I was question a LED printer I bought and thought had inferior quality. After comparing, this was lower quality than the cheaper LED.
