Horrible product design -- e.g. can't print in black and white unless color cartridges have ink too

Summary: This is a horrible printer. I'd hardly printed 500 pages on it before the fuser needed to be replaced. The thing they don't tell you is that you have to pay for shipping to their repair center, even under warranty. So I paid $50 to send it to California.
Summary: This printer has been a problem from the second that it came out of the box. As others have posted, the wifi is horrible and is not consistent. My main problem is that the printer broke within the first 6 months and getting Samsung to honor the supposed warranty has been a nightmare.
Summary: We've been using the printer in our flower shop to print cards. The print quality has been ok but not great. A few days ago it began printing very lightly, having a faded look. Now after two days of tying to figure out what the problem is, I still don't know.
Summary: I purchased two of these for my small business and was very hopeful. Samsung is new to printers and I love their TVs, plus the printers look very nice. Setup was easy and they worked great for the most part.
Fundamental design issues ...buy the Brother 3170 instead!

Summary: The wireless connection never worked well. Sometimes it would print, and sometimes it would act like it wanted to print, and then error out. I blamed the wifi connection and ended up going back to a USB cable, which worked fine. As advertised, the print quality is excellent, even on photos.
Summary: I gought it about a year ago on 4/20/13 from Amazon. IMO, wireless setup is on if its best features, but that's not saying much. For the last 4 months there have been blue streaks running in precise mathematical repetitions in the middle third of the page running up-and-down.
Summary: Very Unhappy Customer. Just had my brand new (3 months old) printer (CLP-415) repaired and it came back two weeks later from California (I live in Michigan) with a "Waste toner Full Replace new one" error message. The printer is brand new, I only printed about 20 pages with it.
Summary: I needed a high quality printer that would print quickly and make my documents look good. I am not printing anything special - just colored flyers. Since purchasing the printer (4 months ago) I have printed less than 500 pages on it.
Summary: Fatal paper jam in the first two weeks. Paper melted to the heating drum. Took it apart, bolt by bolt, screw by screw, by the way this is what i do for a living. removed the paper. worked for another month and did the same thing.
