Summary: I had tried getting the printer to connect by using the WPS buttons but no joy. I eventually figured that I had to hold the WPS button on the printer down for several seconds until the display finally directed me to press the WPS button on the router. Pity the directions didn't mention that! After that, I was able to install the driver and get the printer to connect to the computer.
Pros: Beautiful printouts
Cons: Difficulty setting up wireless - I never was able to connect the wireless using a USB cable. The first time I contacted their so called tech help, the woman on the other end obviously had no clue what she was doing. I finally gave up on her. The second person was equally clueless. He kept insisting I had to connect an Ethernet cable between the printer and the router, even when I pointed out that the router was in another room 25' away and I didn't have an Ethernet ca...
Pros: None, have not been able to print for almost one year. Factory did exchange unit TWICE. Latest returned for repair and it came back DOA....Lots of emails, phone calls and begging trying to get a unit that works
Cons: Wireless is an issue, it does not want to stay connected. They had me move machine to next to router...no help.
Summary: This printer is fine if you just want to print from your computer. If you want to fax forget it, it doesn't have a have a fax like they said it would. If you want to scan a document, forget it, it doesn't have that function either. If you were expecting a touch screen anything, forget it there is no touch screen on this printer. Also very hard to configure. I cant print anything unless it is in a word document format.
