Lasted a fews days past one year warranty

Summary: We've been using the printer in our flower shop to print cards. The print quality has been ok but not great. A few days ago it began printing very lightly, having a faded look. Now after two days of tying to figure out what the problem is, I still don't know.
Summary: I gought it about a year ago on 4/20/13 from Amazon. IMO, wireless setup is on if its best features, but that's not saying much. For the last 4 months there have been blue streaks running in precise mathematical repetitions in the middle third of the page running up-and-down.
Summary: Very Unhappy Customer. Just had my brand new (3 months old) printer (CLP-415) repaired and it came back two weeks later from California (I live in Michigan) with a "Waste toner Full Replace new one" error message. The printer is brand new, I only printed about 20 pages with it.
Summary: I've had a bellyful with this worthless piece of junk and Samsung's equally worthless tech help. I was going to wait until I ran out a toner cartridge but I've become too fed up to deal with it anymore and I'm now looking for another printer.
Pros: Beautiful printouts Has never jammed
Cons: Difficulty setting up wireless - I never was able to connect the wireless using a USB cable. The first time I contacted their so called tech help, the woman on the other end obviously had no clue what she was doing. I finally gave up on her. The second person was equally clueless. He kept insisti...
Summary: Really disappointed with this model. Samsung must have a model that works?
Pros: None, have not been able to print for almost one year. Factory did exchange unit TWICE. Latest returned for repair and it came back DOA....Lots of emails, phone calls and begging trying to get a unit that works
Cons: Wireless is an issue, it does not want to stay connected. They had me move machine to next to router...no help.
Summary: This is the worst printer I have ever owned. The first unit I had had alignment problems. I worked with the Samsung support period for over an hour and the best they could come up with was the machine needed cleaning.
Summary: Purchased this printer new and could not set up the wireless with the software provided. I kept getting an error message that the internet cable was plugged into the machine and it was not. I contacted Samsung support and they were able to take over the screen on my computer and see it remotely.
Summary: Our first unit arrived Tuesday as expected. Followed the instructions, powered it up and it made a terrible noise, like grinding gears. An error message displayed on the LCD display A1-4111 - Call Service. Amazon arranged for another delivery and pick up of the first unit.
Spotty wireless, toner issues, Mac OS X is no-go, major headache

Summary: Bottom Line: This model is extremely unreliable and has quality control issues. Samsung printer warranty service is very poor -- I paid $61.80 to ship this $250 printer to a warranty repair center in Long Beach, CA, ***while the printer was still in warranty!***.
