Summary: My wife has been asking for a color printer for a while, took a risk in buying this printer as a new release. At the time of writing this review I've had the printer for about 6 months. Initially the drivers were pretty buggy, crashing (and taking the whole printer spooler with it) at random times after sending print jobs. But I've rebuilt my computers since that time, installing the latest available drivers and they're stable now.
Summary: i tried printer with some heavier paper still stayed within specs ! printer started to fail after about 50 prints paper jams right before entering the heat ( fixation) unit hard to get the paper out
Summary: This printer has been a problem from the second that it came out of the box. As others have posted, the wifi is horrible and is not consistent. My main problem is that the printer broke within the first 6 months and getting Samsung to honor the supposed warranty has been a nightmare. It took about three months and close to 30+ phone calls just to get them to send us a shipping label. Once the printer was shipped off it only took about 3 weeks to get fixed.
My point is that I'm pretty familiar with different brands of printers

Summary: I have owned many Samsung products, including HD TVs and the little CLP 315w (3 of them) and I guess I've been very lucky because to date I have never had a problem with them that wasn't user error. I have also used many Epsons (1400, Workforce 7510, 7520, and the Artisan 835, the last three which I am now using. I have also used many HP printers, both IJ and Laserjet.
Summary: Have owned for around 7 weeks and has barely been used. Bought this printer for my son to use to print documents for his college classes. Yesterday was the first time that he needed to use it for that and it jammed while printing the second page. Open the back and pull out the page and when it goes to print again, jams on the second page.
Summary: So far I love this machine. I have had many wireless printers over the years but none have come close to this in terms of easy setup. It literally took less than 60 seconds to connect to my network. i didn't even have to type in a password. It was awesome. It prints with very good detail. i have been using it to print save the dates for my wedding. Printing from my phone was seamless and easy. I do wish that it had duplexing but i can live without it.
Summary: I love this printer. Shopped around and decided to go with this model for the features and price point. Prints clean sharp text and the color is great. Got tired of dealing with ink jet printers and the heads drying out, and the cost of the ink cartridges. Sure laser costs a lot more, but it's worth it to me to have a printer that will always print when I need it to print, versus wondering if the heads are clogged again.
This is a very nice printer that has an incredibly quick and easy setup

Summary: This is a very nice printer that has an incredibly quick and easy setup. I was up and wirelessly printing in a matter of minutes. Toss the CD into the drive, hook the printer up with the included printer cable for a one-time wireless set up and then you're good to go. In terms of ease setting things up, it wasn't as easy as the Epson WorkForce WF-7520 that had a lot more control options on the actual printer.
