Nice & Easy

Lee, Amazon
9 March 2014
  • Summary: Unit came when expected. Unit preforms as expected. Color & Black & White all for one value. Wish they would pack full cartages instead of just starter ones.

amazed at negative comments

Fairweather Fan, Staples
8 July 2013
  • Excerpt: I have two of these printers. You must have your network information in order to set it up on the internet. My only caveats are: it is very difficult to get paper jams out of the printhead, but I have less paper jams with this printer than most of my other dozen printers. I do use heavier paper stock with this printer, as the ordinary 20 lb stock is too prone to paper jams.
  • Pros: Fast

Good personal laser printer

Loan K. Nguyen, Amazon
16 February 2013
  • Summary: I bought this a few months ago and finally decided to leave a review. Pro: 1. Fast warm up and fast printing compare to my inkjet Canon MP980 2. Text printing is clear. 3. Wireless printing Cons: 1. Image printing is Ok, a little dark. 2. Setting Wireless takes a little bit of effort to figure out how. Well, for this price, I should not expect this laser printer to print images as awesome as my inkjet and that is to be expected.

I like it, but will you?

Spectre, Amazon
31 January 2013
  • Summary: This printer is a GREAT home office printer; IF (and that's a BIG IF) you do not need a great deal of speed from it. It takes a while to actually start printing and you may think your print job has not spooled to the printer; give it time, it just needs a few moments to warm up. Also, if you are looking for high output (production) in best color mode, STOP here. Go find another printer. However, if you want quality at the sacrifice of speed, this may be your machine.

Great value

M. Mazur, Amazon
23 December 2012
  • Summary: Overall a great little color laser. Best used for business type graphics. If you need to primarily print color photos for framing, etc. look for a good color inkjet. Only little quirk is the fact that the paper tray sticks out a few inches.

Quiet, fast, networked, great image... what's not to love?

The_Chief, Amazon
17 November 2012
  • Summary: Hooked it up, set up the wifi network in minutes, and was printing from my PHONE - in another ROOM - wirelessly in minutes! This is what I needed to unwire my life! Great image, fast, and super quiet. I love this printer! EDIT: I'll tell you what's not to love... the stupid thing drops connection every time it takes a power outage and apparently the only way I can get it back on the network again is to connect the cable and run setup all over again!

High Quality.

D. Everts, Amazon
27 September 2012
  • Summary: First off I want to say that this is a great printer. I have a few minor quibbles, however I still feel this is a great printer. Please also note that I am not a big photographer or person that prints a lot of pictures, however I can speak to quality based on my own thoughts of what a picture should look like.

Crisp colors, easy setup, could be a little faster

E. Schlesinger, Amazon
14 September 2012
  • Summary: Got my 365W from Newegg as there's currently a 3-5 week delay when ordering from Amazon, unless you use a 3rd-party reseller. Shipping was as quick as Amazon Prime though! Installation was fairly easy on my home network, which has a combination of Windows 7 and XP machines, as well as an iMac.

The good, the bad and the ugly

The clumsy woodworker, Staples
25 August 2012
  • Excerpt: The good-the purchase process, through Staples was fast, easy and well priced. It arrived sooner than shown, with other listed providers. I am pleased with the print quality, for the price. The printer worked immediately, wired. The bad-although there is a toll-free support phone number, it is not provided with the materials. The ugly-the info is missing, for wireless Macbook setup.
  • Pros: Easy to Use, Quality Construction
  • Cons: Difficult To Set Up
