waste bin error
7 June 2014
Summary: This is the third of this model I have purchased because I love the size and ease of everything. However, within a year, you will get a waste bin full error and you have to purchase a new waste bin which is about $50 or more or a new printer. You can't just empty it. I've tried and tried to clean its photo optic but if you scan the internet you will discover this is the one drawback to this printer and samsung doesn't do anything about it.
Summary: Positive: I bought the printer because I have had several Samsung laser printers. The printer prints very well. The text is very clear unlike my earlier color laser. The paper does not jam as much as my other laser printers. Nagative: The supplies are very expensive. The printer will not seem to accept compatible toner cartridges. A set of Samsung toner cartridges costs more than I paid for the printer. Even the waste toner container seems to have a chip.
Summary: The output quality of this printer was good, but when it came time to replace the cartridges for the second time, I decided to buy another laser printer with more reasonably priced toner replacement cartidges instead.
Summary: The product works great. The point I would like to make is that the telephone customer service is the best I have encountered..ever. Samsung connected my printer to my Galaxy Note 2 with a service tech that was excellent. Samsung remotely set-up the computer on my Mac as well. The print quality is excellent, the service excellent and the price affordable. A+ Samsung. Woops....I really liked it, but the wireless failed.
Paper limitations and Replacement Toner not readily available

Summary: Delivery was on time, and product prints great color prints on regular paper. However, I had ordered this printer specifically to print invitations on cardstock and was NOT able to at all. I tried a couple different weights of paper (making sure they were within the limits of the printer specifications) but it kept jamming and never printed.
Summary: I replaced an older Samsung CLP-315W with this printer. The installation and setup was a breeze. I was not happy that the starter black cartridge reported empty after printing just 179 pages instead of the quoted 700+. This printer is almost identical to the previous versions with the exception of new cartridge designs. I am anticipating it will have the same issue ... imaging drum will "time out" at 16000 "impressions".
Summary: Advertised as wireless but it is not (the CLP-365W is the wireless one) No lead included - I had to send away separately for a lead. Does not take photographic paper of any weight over 80. Otherwise, good everyday printer.
Summary: I bought this less than a year ago and so far I've had to spend almost £200 on toner cartridges. And I don't print much! That's pretty much all the bad stuff though. It prints well and is wireless, so my wife and children can print from their laptops wherever they happen to be. In fact, it's so easy, maybe it's them who have been using up the toner...
Summary: Nice looking printer and easy to use via usb for this Mac user. However it is impossible to set up the wireless connection. Instructions from samsung are rubbish and I've had to use this tutorial, http://macmanus.nl/2013/04/15/fixed-setting-up-wifi-printing-for-the-samsung-clp-365w/#comment-2962 - but even then I have had no success and been at this for an hour. Paper tray is a bit temperamental also.
