Summary: So disappointed. I've had this printer for just over a year and for the last two months of that I haven't been able to use it for prints that I need to share with customers. I doubt that I've even had 1000 impressions via this printer and have had to replace the toner cartridges once and will have to again if I can actually improve the print quality, which I will probably not bother with. I would definitely NOT recommend this product.

Summary: Seemed like a good value, despite not having duplex, but while it'll print fine wirelessly from my PC, every time I print something wirelessly from my Mac, the LED on the printer turns red (error), and to fix that I have to remove the paper cartridge/holder and reinsert it. Google Cloud Print, from my Chromebook, is awful: each time I print something using Google Cloud Print, I have to turn the printer off and then on again.
Summary: Wont stay on-line. Takes it self off-line but does not reconnect/wake-up when you try to print to it even when it is connected to the laptop itself. I wanted the Samsung to work with my Galaxy Tab 2 but now that's not gonna happen. My regret is that I took so long to get around to testing it completely.
Summary: It was great at first, then all kind of issues with this. The wifi shuts on and off, the ink runs out fast. Staying connected to my computer seems to be a problem. Right now dealing with it not printing and dont know why.
Summary: The printer is very slow when we print from our computer. When we are away the printer does not print until we get back home. We would sign on our computer and tell the printer to releash the "que" and then it would print. Also not all what we wanted to print did not print but was lost in the printers memory. We are not happy with this printer and should have purchased a more expensive.
who would have thought this printer would shut off after 25 copies.. It gets hot !!!!!!!!!

Summary: I owned a CLP320 in the past, owned for 9 months then the drum died. We print a lot since we do a lot of news letters. After having an RMA after 9monts of use, the new one ran for a year and also stopped working, this meanst that the drum had to be replaced, end of life. I decided to buy another samsung CLP 365W, since i was pleased with the last one.
Summary: First off, let's get the positive out of the way - WHEN a page prints, it does look really nice. And that's about it. It jams all the freaking the time. I've tried everything - one sheet at a time, full, half full, different weights... it jams about 75% of the time if you are printing 1 or 2 pages. 3 or more pages and it jams ALL THE TIME. Also, the tray that the paper slides into does not easily slide in and out and takes a special skill to get it in just right.
Summary: I spent a long time looking at reviews and finding the majority of them favorable, so I picked one of these up to replace my Inkjet printer - as I often print around 150pages per day. - so I'd consider myself a reasonably heavy home office user. Initially, I'm happy with the size and style, compact and lightweight. Set-up was a faff.
Summary: We bought this printer because it said it could print on CARDSTOCK. but it cant and im pissed. come to find out after doing some digging it it can handle 48lb Card stock well the problem is that dosent exist. 60-110 MORE LIKE IT THIS PRINTER DOSE NOT PRINT ON CARD STOCK CLP-365W its great otherwise....
