Love/Hate, mostly hate... :(
1 September 2014
Summary: I have a love/hate relationship with this printer, and as it just died (won't power on, suddenly, for no reason, nothing customer service can do to help) it's more of a "hate relationship". I had it for just under 2 years. This was for home use with 6 people using it, pretty much every day.
Summary: So disappointed. I've had this printer for just over a year and for the last two months of that I haven't been able to use it for prints that I need to share with customers. I doubt that I've even had 1000 impressions via this printer and have had to replace the toner cartridges once and will have...
Summary: It was great at first, then all kind of issues with this. The wifi shuts on and off, the ink runs out fast. Staying connected to my computer seems to be a problem. Right now dealing with it not printing and dont know why.
Summary: First off, let's get the positive out of the way - WHEN a page prints, it does look really nice. And that's about it. It jams all the freaking the time. I've tried everything - one sheet at a time, full, half full, different weights... it jams about 75% of the time if you are printing 1 or 2 pages.
Summary: I found this printer very easy to use, and it printed beautifully for about 300-400 pages. I used it primarily to make 1" buttons via photoshop, and found the quality quite excellent. But the black ink cartridge ran out really fast, maybe 200 pages in. I replaced the black ink for a whopping $50.
Summary: I spent a long time looking at reviews and finding the majority of them favorable, so I picked one of these up to replace my Inkjet printer - as I often print around 150pages per day. - so I'd consider myself a reasonably heavy home office user.
Summary: We bought this printer because it said it could print on CARDSTOCK. but it cant and im pissed. come to find out after doing some digging it it can handle 48lb Card stock well the problem is that dosent exist.

Summary: What a huge disappointment! It started producing serious vertical streaking after the first dozen prints. I have played with all the settings, taken out the toner cartridges and shaken them. Followed all the trouble shooting advice I can find on the internet and cannot get a decent print out of it.
Summary: Received this Samsung CLP365W Color Laser Printer. We can take it to be fixed or mail it back to Samsung and they will fix the color. Very disappointed to go to the hassel of sending it out to be fixed.
