Summary: So disappointed. I've had this printer for just over a year and for the last two months of that I haven't been able to use it for prints that I need to share with customers. I doubt that I've even had 1000 impressions via this printer and have had to replace the toner cartridges once and will have...
Summary: It was great at first, then all kind of issues with this. The wifi shuts on and off, the ink runs out fast. Staying connected to my computer seems to be a problem. Right now dealing with it not printing and dont know why.
Summary: We bought this printer because it said it could print on CARDSTOCK. but it cant and im pissed. come to find out after doing some digging it it can handle 48lb Card stock well the problem is that dosent exist.
Summary: What a huge disappointment! It started producing serious vertical streaking after the first dozen prints. I have played with all the settings, taken out the toner cartridges and shaken them. Followed all the trouble shooting advice I can find on the internet and cannot get a decent print out of it.
Summary: Received this Samsung CLP365W Color Laser Printer. We can take it to be fixed or mail it back to Samsung and they will fix the color. Very disappointed to go to the hassel of sending it out to be fixed.
Summary: While the printouts on regular paper (like the kind you use in your copy machine) are gorgeous, if I use anything thicker like business card stock or self-adhesive labels, they will either not feed or jam.

Summary: Bought this 2 years ago and it's never really worked properly. We specially chose a Wi-Fi printer but then the Mac installation software has a glitch so this can't be installed (I've heard it works fine for PC). It's also always printed very faded, and even new ink cartridges didn't solve it.
Summary: We have been very disappointed with this printer. The print quality is fine but boy does it eat up toner!! Not only that but at £140 for a toner set it is very expensive too. I've been in contact with Samsung because rather than the 1,000 or more copies we were expecting to get we have been lucky to...
