Summary: So disappointed. I've had this printer for just over a year and for the last two months of that I haven't been able to use it for prints that I need to share with customers. I doubt that I've even had 1000 impressions via this printer and have had to replace the toner cartridges once and will have to again if I can actually improve the print quality, which I will probably not bother with. I would definitely NOT recommend this product.
Summary: It was great at first, then all kind of issues with this. The wifi shuts on and off, the ink runs out fast. Staying connected to my computer seems to be a problem. Right now dealing with it not printing and dont know why.
Summary: We bought this printer because it said it could print on CARDSTOCK. but it cant and im pissed. come to find out after doing some digging it it can handle 48lb Card stock well the problem is that dosent exist. 60-110 MORE LIKE IT THIS PRINTER DOSE NOT PRINT ON CARD STOCK CLP-365W its great otherwise....
Summary: What a huge disappointment! It started producing serious vertical streaking after the first dozen prints. I have played with all the settings, taken out the toner cartridges and shaken them. Followed all the trouble shooting advice I can find on the internet and cannot get a decent print out of it. My options now are to: 1)Purchase another full set of printer cartridges ($$$) 2)Ditch the whole thing.
Summary: Received this Samsung CLP365W Color Laser Printer. We can take it to be fixed or mail it back to Samsung and they will fix the color. Very disappointed to go to the hassel of sending it out to be fixed. Cannot print pictures that are small will not print envelopes there are no adjustments in the paper tray.
Summary: While the printouts on regular paper (like the kind you use in your copy machine) are gorgeous, if I use anything thicker like business card stock or self-adhesive labels, they will either not feed or jam. I'm very disappointed about that because I had hoped to be able to use the printer to make labels with ink that wouldn't run if it got wet. The paper cartridge holds very few sheets and is made shoddily. Feels very fragile.
Great mobile-friendly printer with TERRIBLE SOFTWARE

Summary: Pros: -Excellent Android/iOS app for mobile printing over WiFi -Small footprint and attractive design -Wireless Protected Setup mode -Affordable wireless, color laser printer -Ships with a full compliment of toner -Mac-friendly, but only with 10.7+ -Linux drivers and software available Cons: -Nightmare to set up.
Summary: We have been very disappointed with this printer. The print quality is fine but boy does it eat up toner!! Not only that but at £140 for a toner set it is very expensive too. I've been in contact with Samsung because rather than the 1,000 or more copies we were expecting to get we have been lucky to get 250 to a set. They haven't been able to suggest a reason, especially when it's for home use and not an office.
Summary: I am not a computer novice and I've set up wireless networks and printers before. I could not get this printer to work by wireless connection to my router. I succeeded only when I connected the printer to the router by a network cable. This not actually a problem for the location of the printer but somewhat defeats the object of a wireless printer. Each computer then needs a USB connection to the printer to load the print drivers.
A total pain to setup wirelessly on my iMac and poor build quality.

Summary: I purchased this printer as it was reasonably priced and wireless. I am an advanced computer user and setting this up on my imac osx 10.5 took a painful and tedious 2hours. The available user guide both on the driver disk or printed 'quick-start' guide supplied and the Samsung product web site simply didn't tell me how to set the printer up wirelessly it was only after mining the Samsung user forums did I find a solution which meant I had to download a separate...
