Summary: This printer has been giving me trouble since I purchased it. It will not work with labels or cardstock. I have spent countless hours on the phone with samsung. They were supposed to repair it but never did follow through. Now it keeps sending a message that it is not plugged in and it is. So it will not work at all at this point. It is very inconvenient to have to replace a wireless printer & make a new printer compatible with all of my devices.
Summary: This product worked fine with its first couple tries. I originally brought this color laser printer to print on transfer sheets, as laser printing are high recommended. It worked the first couple times, soon after, each time I would print the transfer paper would wrap around the "orange" roll before it gets spat out after printing, causing a severe paper jam. As I only requested to print one sheet at a time, yet it still would jam.

Summary: If you are looking to use a quick, simple, easy to use Laser Print...THIS IS NOT IT! This is perhaps the CRAPPIEST laser printer I have ever owned in my life. I bought it because the price was cheap and boy have I ever paid for it. It jams all the time..upon inspection...no paper jam..just decides to jam for no reason. The "port" disconnects ALL THE FREAKIN TIME.
Summary: This printer worked for 10 days. From that point each new page had a distorted shadow print along 4 inches of the right edge from top to bottom. Called Samsung for help...and then the wheels really came off. Help consisted of passing me through six different people...somehow determined I needed an 'in home' repair to replace three major components on a printer that is just now 14 days old..received the three boxes...tech shows up and destroys the printer.
Broke right out of the box... Samsung apparently disinterested

Summary: Received this as a Christmas present. Turned it on, it seemed to go through a warm-up cycle, then shut off... never to turn on again. The seller was absolutely disinterested (more than 30 days had passed since the purchase). Samsung on-line service is abysmal. After wasting about 4 hours with on-line service, they gave me a repair number and a shipping label with no ship to address. More on-line chats and I finally got an address.
Summary: I purchased this item because I wanted a wireless color laser printer that was compatible with my apple products, MacBook Pro, iMac, and iPhone 4s. After scoping the web and reading reviews on cost and such I settled on the samsung clp-365w. as soon as it came i attempted to set-up the ad-hoc direct wireless printing without having to go through the networked printing process via the internet hub to my macbook pro (v.10.7.5).
Summary: Wireless printer? that must be a joke! ports are frequently lost, customer service denies knowing this product number, frequent restarts needed and toner lasts for few hundred pages. One star is an exxagerated rating, we should be able to give zero stars for "products" like this one....
Excerpt: This printer appears to perform OK as a connected printer. However, if that meets you needs, why buy a wireless capable printer? I spent three hours yesterday trying to set it up on the network, and today I was on the phone with Samsung until the battery in my phone died(about 1.5 hours). The support person asked for my home phone, so I foolishly thought that he might call back. Didn't happen.
Summary: This printer did not work for me at all. It arrived quickly but when I tried to turn it on it had a burnt smell and it never came on. I had to send it back. I decided to purchase the Brother HL-3075CW instead and it works great.
