Great for small-scale needs and small home office.

Summary: Printer works excellent for home office or student with small scale needs. I bought it because I really wanted to be able to print color, and hate ink jet printers. It fits the bill perfectly. For the price, expect some drawbacks but the overall design is fluid. Pluses: 1. Printer works well. 2. Very quite printing. 3. Size is smallest I could find, which means it fits into almost any cabinet or bookcase (for home office use) 4. Color quality is quite good. Minuses: 1.
Summary: I bought this printer for its size, cost, and the following features: color printing, duplex and booklet printing, and (hopefully) longer lasting toner. We've printed about 50 pages and the toner cartriges that came with the printer are only down to 94%, which is a vast improvement from how our last inkjet printer had performed. HOWEVER--- Setup took about 3 hours. Samsung and Apple have I think intentionally made their systems incompatible.
Summary: I bought this printer because I wanted a wireless printer that could work with my Mac and my iPhone. It was supposed to do that, and it sort of does. The setup was very difficult, but once I got it set, it still only works sometimes. Why, I have no idea. Sometimes it the wireless connection works as advertised, other times I get no connection, no error message, no clue as to how to fix it. The app for the iPhone is terrible.
Summary: I've had this printer for almost a year now I think and I will summarise my experience with it in 5 words. "Paper jam Inside of machine" It really is an absolute pain - I purchased a printer like this to save time on large print-jobs putting folders together, but the amount of time I have to turn around to open the machine, remove jammed paper and continue is insane.
Always interesting to read the customer reviews :~)

Summary: It's fairly obvious that a lot of people here are used to inkjet printers, and don't know how to keep a laser printer happy and contented. So here are a few tips...... Firstly, this is obviously not designed for continuous heavy duty office usage, it's a home/small office printer designed to have a small footprint - hence the fairly basic but quite adequate paper tray.
Hands down this is the worst printer I've ever had the mis-fortune of owning

Summary: I've never written a review before but I feel compelled to in this case. Hands down this is the worst printer I've ever had the mis-fortune of owning. Print errors every other sheet, difficult to set up, would switch itself onto sleep mode after a short period of time, and as the ink costs - scandalous. I will say the print quality and speed when it did work were excellent. But basically what I was a no fuss printer. This was certainly not that.
