Great for small-scale needs and small home office.

mlloydLGT, Amazon
30 September 2013
  • Summary: Printer works excellent for home office or student with small scale needs. I bought it because I really wanted to be able to print color, and hate ink jet printers. It fits the bill perfectly. For the price, expect some drawbacks but the overall design is fluid. Pluses: 1. Printer works well. 2.

Not the best choice for Mac/iPhone

M. Rock, Amazon
20 August 2013
  • Summary: I bought this printer because I wanted a wireless printer that could work with my Mac and my iPhone. It was supposed to do that, and it sort of does. The setup was very difficult, but once I got it set, it still only works sometimes. Why, I have no idea.

Do NOT buy for Mac OS households!

katemcmd, Amazon
4 July 2013
  • Summary: I bought this printer for its size, cost, and the following features: color printing, duplex and booklet printing, and (hopefully) longer lasting toner. We've printed about 50 pages and the toner cartriges that came with the printer are only down to 94%, which is a vast improvement from how our last...

Don't touch with a barge pole!!!

DLL122, Amazon
5 March 2014
  • Summary: Horrid junk made of flimsy plastic. Nightmare to get anything done with. Get an ink jet, the new ones tend to be better than this slow junk.

Always interesting to read the customer reviews :~)

21 November 2013
  • Summary: It's fairly obvious that a lot of people here are used to inkjet printers, and don't know how to keep a laser printer happy and contented. So here are a few tips...... Firstly, this is obviously not designed for continuous heavy duty office usage, it's a home/small office printer designed to have a...

Paper Jam Inside Of Machine

Richard, Amazon
16 November 2013
  • Summary: I've had this printer for almost a year now I think and I will summarise my experience with it in 5 words. "Paper jam Inside of machine" It really is an absolute pain - I purchased a printer like this to save time on large print-jobs putting folders together, but the amount of time I have to turn...

Not very good

PaulH, Amazon
11 November 2013
  • Summary: A friend bought me this as a present and at first it just would not connect to my Mac even though it said it would. previously most things have connected to the mac easily. In the end after a long struggle I did get it to make contact so it printed a few test sheets.

Hands down this is the worst printer I've ever had the mis-fortune of owning

Jonathan Reid, Amazon
10 November 2013
  • Summary: I've never written a review before but I feel compelled to in this case. Hands down this is the worst printer I've ever had the mis-fortune of owning. Print errors every other sheet, difficult to set up, would switch itself onto sleep mode after a short period of time, and as the ink costs -...

Not very impressed

CLAIRE, Amazon
5 November 2013
  • Summary: I bought this printer for my small design business and unfortunately I had a lot of problems with colour matching and quality of prints. The ink is very vibrant and I had a nightmare trying to colour match with print outs from my commercial printer.

Cheap to buy, good colour, quiet, disgraceful consumable costs.

Say What?, Amazon
31 October 2013
  • Summary: Super value if you take into account what you are buying: a very cheap laser printer for light use, good colours, and decent reliability. The consumables are a disgraceful price, in my opinion it is not worth buying genuine toner as a new printer is cheaper and remanufactured seems to work ok.
