Summary: Since the day I took this printer out of the box, it has done nothing but give me headaches. First, getting it to work with my wireless network took more than two days. Once I finally got the network function to work, it would only print ONE time, then it would not read the network again.
Don't buy it!!!!!!! Don't waste your hard earned money on this piece of JUNK!!!!!!!!!

Summary: I have had this printer since last March. I used it literally a handful of times to print some color labels for my biz and for a handful of blk and white prints. It started having a stripe pattern on the left hand side of the page ruining several labels- this happened two days ago.
Summary: I'd give no star if that was an option. Unfortunately, 1 star is the lowest rating allowed here. The setup was easy and it worked smoothly for a couple of times. Then it stopped working for no reason with a blinking red light.
If you own a Mac - set up is a nightmare - great functioning printer though

Summary: Whoever at Samsung is responsible for the set-up of this product should be fired immediately. I'm not exactly technically challenged, but this set-up process left ALOT to be desired. Even Samsung tech support was flummoxed and said that Mac's were more difficult to connect to. Really?
Summary: most annoying printer ever. Constantly have to turn it off and on to get it back online. Now my computer claims it is offline and it is saying it's online. I have had to troubleshoot it everytime I want to print. So frustrating.
Summary: This Samsung printer has been a waste of time and money. After working for a few weeks, it stopped working wirelessly. I sent it in for repair. They sent it back after about two weeks and it worked for two weeks; then it stopped printing wired or wirelessly.
Summary: When I 1st got this printer I loved it - that lasted about 2 months. The black toner alone is $51. Decent # of pages out of a toner cartridge. I have had this printer just over a year and its pretty much dead. Never got the networking to work.

Summary: While the printer is supposed to be under warranty with Samsung, it has not been repaired by the authorized service center as Samsung has a part required on back order! Samsung Customer Service is a NIGHTMARE to work with. Very inflexible. Very hard core on "company policy and procedure.
DANGER - Pinter and Toner Cartridges are REGION CODED

Summary: While not everyone will need to use this printer outside the US, but you should be aware that Samsung printers and cartridges are region coded so that the printer will not work with locally purchased toner.
Summary: I was fooled by the low price and print output expectations listed by Samsung when I bought the CLP-325W. I have printed less than 1,000 copies on this machine, and have replaced ALL FOUR toners, and the Yellow is already empty AGAIN!
