Summary: I have had this printer since last March. I used it literally a handful of times to print some color labels for my biz and for a handful of blk and white prints. It started having a stripe pattern on the left hand side of the page ruining several labels- this happened two days ago. Then a piece of paper got stuck in the orange roller ball thing at the top- guess what, it is impossible to get paper out of that thing, no dials to move it and if you touch it is is damaged...
Summary: I'd give no star if that was an option. Unfortunately, 1 star is the lowest rating allowed here. The setup was easy and it worked smoothly for a couple of times. Then it stopped working for no reason with a blinking red light. It kept saying that the printer was open or paper missing and wouldn't print. I tried everything I could and sometimes it would work if I turned it off then back on again. The blinking red light would magically disappear.
Summary: Great printer when it's working, I had a Samsung CLP315 first, prints great, but buyer beware, I must have bad luck with Samsung, the CLP315 broke down after 8 months, had it repaired under warranty, then it broke down again 5 months later, out of warranty, cost of repair more than a new one, I liked the print results so well I bought the Samsung CLP325W, great prints again, but now after 15 months, very light printing, I cleaned rollers, put in new toners, still light...
If you own a Mac - set up is a nightmare - great functioning printer though

Summary: Whoever at Samsung is responsible for the set-up of this product should be fired immediately. I'm not exactly technically challenged, but this set-up process left ALOT to be desired. Even Samsung tech support was flummoxed and said that Mac's were more difficult to connect to. Really? The plug-and-play industry standard and worldwide leader in ease of use? That told me all I need to know.
Summary: This Samsung printer has been a waste of time and money. After working for a few weeks, it stopped working wirelessly. I sent it in for repair. They sent it back after about two weeks and it worked for two weeks; then it stopped printing wired or wirelessly. When I called for service they had me send it back again. After having my printer for 10 days, and not contacting me, I called them.
Summary: most annoying printer ever. Constantly have to turn it off and on to get it back online. Now my computer claims it is offline and it is saying it's online. I have had to troubleshoot it everytime I want to print. So frustrating.
Printer died in two weeks - no replacement - no repair
3 September 2011
Summary: While the printer is supposed to be under warranty with Samsung, it has not been repaired by the authorized service center as Samsung has a part required on back order! Samsung Customer Service is a NIGHTMARE to work with. Very inflexible. Very hard core on "company policy and procedure." Samsung does not care at all if the customer has a working printer.
DANGER - Pinter and Toner Cartridges are REGION CODED
6 June 2011
Summary: While not everyone will need to use this printer outside the US, but you should be aware that Samsung printers and cartridges are region coded so that the printer will not work with locally purchased toner. No where does it say on the printer box that the printer is region coded or that its made for the US market. I pointed this out to Samsung customer service and their response to a customer who has spent $500 with Samsung, there is nothing they can do.
Summary: As a professional crafts woman, I have a fairly decent solid ink Xerox printer, however, I wanted a cheaper day-to-day colour laser printer just for standard printing and for producing drafts. I have a deskjet (HP Photosmart C4580), which is fine but I thought a laser printer might produce better quality drafts for my work, so I bought the Samsung CLP-325W. Big mistake. It is the worst printer I have ever bought. The printing in sub-standard.
