Summary: Since the day I took this printer out of the box, it has done nothing but give me headaches. First, getting it to work with my wireless network took more than two days. Once I finally got the network function to work, it would only print ONE time, then it would not read the network again.
Don't buy it!!!!!!! Don't waste your hard earned money on this piece of JUNK!!!!!!!!!

Summary: I have had this printer since last March. I used it literally a handful of times to print some color labels for my biz and for a handful of blk and white prints. It started having a stripe pattern on the left hand side of the page ruining several labels- this happened two days ago.
Summary: I'd give no star if that was an option. Unfortunately, 1 star is the lowest rating allowed here. The setup was easy and it worked smoothly for a couple of times. Then it stopped working for no reason with a blinking red light.
Summary: I purchased this based on other recommendations here on Amazon. I've owned dozens of printers over the years in both a personal and business environment, and this is the worst laser printer I've owned.
Summary: I bought this printer to replace my HP color inkjet and wanted to print some color labels for my honey bottles, the bees have been busy this summer. I am still using it wired as I have not yet been able to connect to our MacBooks using a wireless connection.
Summary: I love the fact for it being a Color Laser Printer it is so cheap, with Wired & Wireless Network access. One thing I can suggest for ANYONE who purchases this Printer and want to have it a part of a Network Printer, go into the settings of your Router and set it up with a STATIC IP that way...
If you own a Mac - set up is a nightmare - great functioning printer though

Summary: Whoever at Samsung is responsible for the set-up of this product should be fired immediately. I'm not exactly technically challenged, but this set-up process left ALOT to be desired. Even Samsung tech support was flummoxed and said that Mac's were more difficult to connect to. Really?
Summary: It doesn't do duplex printing, you have VERY limited options for printing(standard is the only format available currently), printing is a little slow, a complete toner set up will cost $130, if I could I'd send this thing back in a heart beat.
Summary: I was expecting great things from this piece of equipment. It promised fast printing, NOT. I have not even had it a whole week and guess what? IT'S IN THE REPAIR SHOP BECAUSE IT HAD A DEFECTIVE FUSER UNIT!!!!! I need a printer and I have nothing! Very Disappointed!
Summary: I already have a Samsung CLP-310 & (3years) Love it! I thought having the WiFi printer would be great as well. But, I had problems from the start..Wrong disc in box, meant wrong drivers. I got the right drivers (@ least I thought).
