Summary: love the printer - works great. This was purchased mainly for my at-home business but because it is wireless, my hubby uses it too. wish i could set some defaults on the actual printer itself since there are 2 of us using and my hubby doesn't change his settings for optimal ink savings.
Summary: I bought this as a replacement for another printer that went bad after a short time, and this one lasted a mere 2 months before it all started to go wrong. I don't overuse it so I don't understand why it is fading so fast. The ink has been replaced, but the quality of print is not good enough for my business, so I am getting rid and spending more on a quality printer. I am so disappointed!!
Summary: I've had this printer for about a year, and it's been nothing but a headache. It always jams when I try to print, I have spent ages trying to get it to not jam. Now I have bits of paper stuck deep inside the thing and I cannot get them out, even with a screwdriver. Thus it now has to go to the tip. Absolute waste of money. Really annoyed this printer has performed worse than a cheap £30 basic deskjet.
Summary: I bought this laser printer 2 years ago and have endured the huge cost of the print cartridges. Now I am told that I have to buy an imaging unit costing about £80. This printer that is only 2 years old is going down the tip, I cannot keep throwing money at it.
Summary: I've now had this printer for over one year, originally bought because of the wireless connectivity as well as the good price for a colour laser printer. Unfortunately the device is a constant let down, if you want a printer to just 'print' then this isn't for you - as most of the time it either is not detected on the network, or shows as being offline. Trying to connect via either USB or the Ethernet port results in the same problem (less so via USB).
