Terrible customer service from Samsung, not a bad printer

Summary: The printer is alright though complex coloured prints can be a fit fuzzy. Samsung's customer support though leads a lot to be desired. The printer developed a black vertical line in all of it's print outs.
Summary: Ordered Friday morning delivered Monday morning fantastic service from Amazon. Took me 15 minutes to set up and the print quality is excellent - could'nt be simpler !. OK printing is fairly slow on high quality, but for standard colour printing it's very acceptable.

Summary: I bought this in March 2011 and had problems straight away - coloured lines ran down the middle of pages I'd printed off. I called Samsung helpline in India, and they told me to clean the roller inside the printer. The chap I spoke to was very offhand. Borderline rude.
Summary: After hasty research Ive just taken delivery of a CLP-320 Colour Laser Printer. I have had good service from Samsung in the past. First thing to note is that there is no supplied USB cable, luckily i had an old one spare.
Summary: The most amazing thing about this printer is how it looks - it's sleek, elegant and compact. The box is heavy; it was a little cumbersome to carry through central London. But it's well protected with loads of polystyrene-type cushiony material.
Summary: I ordered this laser printer and it arrived very quickly. Also it worked well and has higher quality. However,The only problem is that it didn't provide any "USB cable", so you have to buy one by yourself!!!!!!!
