Excerpt: I got myself a new laser printer a couple of days ago and I love the new upgrade. First of all it’s small as can be. I love the non bulky look that it gives off. I am so impressed with the sleek look that it gives off to.
Summary: I purchased this printer with the hopes of saving money as compared to an ink jet printer. Well, for the first couple of months it was fine. Then I started having problems. The first problem I encountered was paper jam after paper jam at the exit. After searching for a solution, I found a video on youtube explaining the problem and the solution....bingo. Replaced a faulty exit sensor and problem solved. Second problem occured about a year later.
Summary: I have had an okidata color laser printer I loved. The quality and speed was unmatched. The problem was getting it to work after changing the ink cartridges. I had to trash it. I purchased this CLP-315w and was so pleased with the quality, price, speed and cosrt of ink that I purchased 2 more. I would and have recommended this printer many times.
Summary: I have received the above merchandise and it does not function as advertised. It barely prints part of the time and makes a very loud noise when printing. I have opened the back door and it is very hot and smells like something is burning. I have also removed the paper tray and looked under the printer and there are spider webs....I did remove a bunch but, there are still some? What do I do to return it?
Summary: I wanted to buy the same printer that I had broke . I still have some unused packs of toner and I don't want to waste them. the guy I bought this from was very nice and patient with me. He is very reputable and honest. Something happened to the printer on the way here so he refunded all my money and let me keep the printer. I may be able to fix my broken one with parts from the unit he gave me.

Summary: I bought the first one at Fry's Electronics, after 5 months the printer Broke but I still have some toner left so I bought another one from Amazon on May 10th and now it broke Again...So 2 times is enough! This Samsung Brand Printer is not RELIABLE AT ALL...choose different Brand so you don't waste your money...
