Definitely a cheap colour laser printer in today's market, but its quality leaves much to be desired.

After using it for under a year, discovered that 'streaks' appear in my printing. Referred to the user guide -- changed all colour cartridges and waste toner cartridge. Even opened the printer and cleaned the inside (recommended by user guide). Problem still exists. The Samsung customer service is lousy. Called once to check on an error message. Contrary to all advertising claims, included in the box are two poorly-translated-into-English notices. The first advises that Windows98 is no longer supported. I'm fine with that. The second advises that Windows XP is no longer supported either! Diabolically, also included are two installation CDs, one with software drivers for Vista, and the other with drivers for various other operating systems, including XP. My order arrived yesterday, and I printed a few test pages last night. The setup was quick and easy on Win XP Pro. The installation of the toner cartridges was also very easy. In all, it took at most 10 minutes to setup the printer and print the first page. My first printouts were photos of fall colors in New Hampshire's White Mountain National Forest.
