Summary: Fuser kicks up call for service error after only a few months use. Ricoh charges us $250 to replace the fuser despite still being under parts and labor warranty. Conveniently a fuser is considered a "Supply" not a part. I'll never buy a Ricoh product again.
Summary: We have been trying for a year now to get the printer to print color pages without streaks. Ricoh has replaced everything inside photo conductors, genuine Ricoh toner, fuser etc. Also, it will not print correctly on postcard stock. Only have 6000 color prints and a 1000 BW prints.

Excerpt: Doesn't have all the bells and whistles but this is our second one because it prints quickly and efficiently. The high yield toner although a bit pricy lasts for 25K pages. For the price this printer is a good value.
