Summary: I own a couple of OKIdata printers and in my opinion, they are the best. However, they require both toners and drums which can destroy a budget. I use the printers for both home and for Church projects. The SP C222DN is a very good printer. The start-up time and print output are very similar to the OKI. However, in my opinion, the print quality is a step below the OKI. Don't get me wrong, the color is not bad but the OKI color is remarkable.
Excerpt: I purchased one of these printers from oyyy.co.uk for £118 including delivery. The original set up was a walk in the park. Fully assembled and ready to go from the box. After removing the protective strips and pluging in the network and power cables I turned on the printer. The documentation from the manufacturer was easy to follow and straight forward. I ran the set up disk, it found the printer on the network and I have not looked back since.
Pros: cheap laser printing with duplex and network
Excerpt: With the SP C222DN, Ricoh has entered the market of low cost color laser printers. However with the cutting of post, the quality has also gone down. The print performs decently but not up to the mark. The problems start as soon as you begin the installation process. There is a huge guide which has all the necessary details. The instructions are pretty clear. At first, you are asked to move to the -'Software Installation guide' for network connection.
