Summary: The printer doesn't catch the paper well, so I have to push the paper. It takes a couple of tries, sometimes. So, I mainly keep this for the copier and scanner, and I use another small printer.

Summary: A bit difficult to get to work. The Ricoh company required I register it first to give support. Then it was settings in the printer preferences that fixed it. After that it works well. I set the cartridge to print saver mode, not as dark but I only unse it for invoicing.
Summary: We bought a few of these because we needed B&W laser printing in some tight spaces. However, I wouldn't recommend them for general use. Summary: This is nice compact laser printer. Start up time is little slow, however, print quality is superb. Driver wise, this supports only Windows. Mac drivers have been discontinued. If you are purchasing for an Apple product, you may have a problem.
Summary: The toner cartridge is rated at 1,200 pages average. NOT 12,000. While a decent printer for the price, I too bought it because of the astounding claim that it printed 12,000 per cartridge. That's not what the manual says. And I've gone through 3 cartridges and I only get about 950 pages.

Summary: C'mon. Can you imagine buying monitor without a cable to connect to your computer? Or the phone with no cord to connect to the outlet? This printer comes with no USB cable. And in our micro-USB era it uses regular USB cable requiring me to spend my time going to the shop to buy it. Isn't it stupid?
