Summary: Anything but RICOH! Worked fine for about a month then all at once stopped and displayed "c8" and froze. No mention of that code in manual even called support and they have no idea what the number means. Online support and help is also worthless.
Summary: The delivery carrier broke the glass on the scanner, I was bummed. Contacted the seller and as soon as I e-mailed him a picture of the broken unit, he sent another one. I'm sorry folks but there is no better service than that! I don't even care if the printer that is coming is good or not.
Summary: I bought this for my mother for a Mother's day gift. It did not work properly from the minute we pulled it out of the box. It jammed all the time. Since Amozon outsourced this product, it came to us from an outside vender, who told us we could not return it, if we put the toner in.
Summary: I still am in disbelief at the price I payed for a printer that will supposedly print 12,000 pages before I have to worry about a new cartridge!!! That being said know what you are buying, this printer is not deluxe, feature rich, high quality manufactured.
Summary: Error codes all the time! C7 and C8 which are toner related. I started getting these errors immediately. Getting the drivers to work with Windows 8 was tricky. I basically dislike this printer very much. Wish my ten year old Samsung had not died.
