Summary: Ricoh needs to improve their networking. The first printer was warrantied due to its inability to stay connected to the network (wired), it was necessary to re-boot the printer 6 or 7 times a day. Second printer was a 90% improvement, but still drops connection randomly for no apparent reason.
Summary: I purchased this for less than $100 about a week ago, I struck lucky with the price and just now saving for the ridiculously priced Sawgrass inks to use with it. Wireless router setup was a breeze. I don't know what the fuss is all about.
Excerpt: I use this printer to do heat transfer printing for shirts and hats. The quality is great! So far the ink supply is holding up to what I expected. I have not been able to get the network set up yet, as stated in another review it is difficult at best. You can't beat the price!
Pros: Compact Design, Easy To Set Up, Easy To Set Up Printer, Easy To Use, Fast Print Time, Low Ink Consumption
so far so good, unable to connect to wireless network

Summary: I like this printer, It has excellent black and color. It allows you a choice between speed and quality or default. Colors are very crisp. It appears to be well built. Works great with Windows 8.1. I was not able to add it to my wireless network. Customer Support was not able to help me.
Summary: The fastest printer I've seen. Vivid color and not to expensive on ink. If you want to setup as a network connection, you will have a hard time. I was able to connect it to my router but can't see the printer on my other device. The only important problem is the preset of the color.
