Summary: I like this printer, It has excellent black and color. It allows you a choice between speed and quality or default. Colors are very crisp. It appears to be well built. Works great with Windows 8.1. I was not able to add it to my wireless network. Customer Support was not able to help me. So I use it directly connected to my PC through a USB.
Summary: The fastest printer I've seen. Vivid color and not to expensive on ink. If you want to setup as a network connection, you will have a hard time. I was able to connect it to my router but can't see the printer on my other device. The only important problem is the preset of the color. There's too much magenta when it prints. I select ink jet paper, stander or high quality with presentation and degration. That way you get vivid color but a bit too much of magenta.
Summary: I was so excited to receive this printer only to have it NOT WORK. The inoperable status of this printer not only placed my business into a hard spot. Mayne this was just one of the printers that was the runt of the litter, but in the end I have to now figure out a solution to get past this fiasco...
Summary: Like the reviewer previous, I use one of my Ricoh printers for specialty inks. Unlike the Epson printers I have had in the past, I have had absolutely no issues with print head clogging. The gel inks are awesome. I purchased this Ricoh to do my "regular" printing and have never had one issue although I have had to leave it unattended for several weeks at a time. I bought this same unit for home.
Excerpt: I purchased this printer on recommendation (not Adorama) for specialty printing. <br /><br />I have been a Network Administrator for over 20 years and have never had a network enabled printer this difficult to set up. You need to read the manual on-line while trying to set up the network. I finally resorted to USB connection!
Cons: Hard Setup, Slow Print Time, Too much ink used
Summary: I purchased this printer on recommendation for specialty printing. I have been a Network Administrator for over 20 years and have never had a network enabled printer this difficult to set up. You need to read the manual on-line while trying to set up the network. I finally resorted to USB connection! All liquid ink printers must be charged before use this usually uses five to twenty percent (5% ~ 20%) of the starter cartridges, this is understandable.
