Summary: We have had this for less than 3 months and the gears are grinding. We had an old Primera for 7-8 years with 500,000 prints on it. This has less than 600 prints. We have to send it in for repair and we will be without a machine for over a week. This should be a work horse....
Excerpt: Printer was easy to set up and is lightning fast. Print quality is great even at medium quality. Too new to know how much ink it will go through but it looks like the ink usage will be similar to other media printers that I have had.
The performance and quality of the Publisher is excellent

Summary: I have been using the Primera-Bravo-4100 for almost a year now. Our church upgraded from the Bravo II. I have to say I am quite pleased. The performance and quality of the Publisher is excellent. The software allows you to create professional grade CD/DVDs with ease.
Summary: We use this thing every week to print our church services for distribution to elderly shut-ins and various other needs. We are pleased with it's responsiveness and somewhat conservative use of the ink.
Summary: I initially had a Bravo II and it functioned without any problem to well over 125,000 disks, both CD and DVD. With its age and the Bravo 4100's increased print speed, the 4100 was a natural choice as a replacement. I have over 7,500 disks printed thus far.
Summary: We had finally upgraded from an older Bravo series printer and we are not regretting it. The ease of use of the new printer software works seamlessly and we love the output of the discs we have been printing.
Excerpt: This is a fantastic product. The day it arrived it was evident there was a problem with the color profiles in the printer and the printer head. After researching and trying everything I could imagine I called support.
Pros: Durable construction, Easy To Set Up, Easy To Use, Fast Print Time
