Great solid data reporting work horse.

timrturner, Ebay

  • Summary: These are excellent printers if you need a form fed dot matrix printer. I have several clients that still have a need for an output device such as this. I've used these printers many years ago when they were all we had and they are fast solid work horses in data reporting.

Although a pain to operate and run, is a have to have item in our business

marval96, Ebay
2 February 2014
  • Summary: Unfortunately, WE NEED to have one of these printers for our business. They are a pain in the neck to operate compare with the new laser printers but, like I said before, there are some forms that we need to use this printer for. They are antiquated and very sensitive to operate...if things are not just right...it will not print like is designed to.

A workhorse of a printer that is still a great value despite its age..

tttgraham, Ebay
6 December 2013
  • Summary: These printers just continue to outperform everything in their class. They work in the harshest environments with little to no trouble, and continue to be a mainstay in offices where dependability is critical.

This printer is a total lemon and I wish I had saved my money.

Douglas L Moore II, Amazon
3 December 2013
  • Summary: I bought this printer with the expectation that it would be plug and play. It was not though the ad for it gave the impression that it was. When I contacted the vendor there response was to ask me if I wanted to return it. NO, I don't want to return it. I want it to work. I had to buy my own cable for it - a USB cable - and that didn't work.

It does exactly what a dot-matrix should do.

Benjamin F Chen, Amazon
1 November 2013
  • Summary: We use this in a small office because we print 3-page carbon invoices. This is a no-frills model that includes both usb and lpt printer inputs. Works well with Windows 7, 8 and 8.1. You can purchase cheap non-oem ribbons fairly cheap. Installation is simple, if your computer does not auto-detect, you can use the included install disk. It comes only with a power cord, no cables to connect. This is the 2nd Oki ML320 we've purchased in 2 years.
