Summary: So far so good seems well constructed for the workload I need it for. Makes good color copies and I am generally impressed with it so far. I will however because of ink costs consider renting from Minolta. Financially the same.
Summary: I have only been using this for a couple weeks but can share my initial impressions. I bought this for my small business because I wanted to be able to do a number of things: print on envelopes and thick card (something that many laser printers can't do because they don't have a straight feed), print in laser ink so I could do postage and envelopes without the ink running when wet, print pretty good quality/resolution, duplex mode, and 2 separate paper feeds.
Summary: It is a great product but the accessories do not need to be so expensive, additional memory costs as musc as half the price of the printer. They should make the specs public so after market parts can be used.
Summary: While not as popular as big competitors, this printer really puts out nice prints, has minimal issues (we have the same one at work), and when there are issues, the parts are easily replaced, often without a screwdriver. Love it. Of course, just like all other printer companies, they make money on the ink.
Summary: First of all, I'm not one of those that complains often and I already had an OKI C711 which has been reliable, so I bought 2 more of the dn model for my business due to the price. BOTH printers had problems from the start and after wasting 2 hours on the phone with tech support, the problems were not resolved. I bought the square trade warranty: won't work until the OKI warranty is up!
