Summary: This is a work horse of a printer. I'm very pleased with the "pass thru" capability for printing thick documents and the colors are turning out very good. It is a beast and is very heavy but I'm extremely happy with the whole thing and so far would consider it the printer I've been searching for up...
Summary: We purchased two of these for our business at different times. The print quality is really good and overall we were really happy with the printer which is why we bought a second. Our first printer was getting older and we already replaced the drums a couple times, the transfer belt once, and finally...
Summary: I'm sure for some people this will make a solid printer. Here are the problems we've had with it: - Printing Envelopes: When printing envelopes this printer mangles the envelopes slightly, and apparently runs hot enough that it SEALS THEM!
Pros: This printer is fast and the quality is excellent. I love the ability to print 8.5 x 48" banners. Generic toner is now available.
Cons: Consumables. This is our second C610. Toner, Drums aren't too bad. After a couple of years, it's cheeper to throw it away and buy a new one rather than replace the belt and fuser. They struggle with Mac OS drivers and installation.
Summary: I bought this Okidata printer to replace an Oki C3400n that had served me well, day in and day out, for over six years. The C610 is faster and the printing is more crisp than the last machine. Hopefully, it will be as reliable and cost efficient as my old machine.
Summary: I had an oki printer similar to this model and I used it to 'death'. It lasted about 6 years and used it extra hard. I loved the quality and I could print any size paper, any thickness card stock and I loved it! I would recommend this printer to any one who does a lot of printing at home.
