Excerpt: Decided to replace inkjet as my printing comes in spurts and inkject cartridges always seemed to be dried out or needed lots of cleaning cycles at each printing episode. Got expensive changing slightly used dried out cartridges.
Big, solid, high-quality. Better image quality than expected.

Summary: I did a lot of research before buying a color laser. There seems to be a trade-off out there between duty cycle/quality of manufacture and image quality. Because I'm a heavy printer, I opted for the durable choice (according to other reviews) and went with the Oki LED.
Summary: The Okidata C331DN color printer thus far has been the best mid range color printer we have owned. For a color laser printer; it's compact, quiet and fast. The color print quality is an 8 out of 10. The BIG PLUS is the three year warranty.
Pros: fast, will do perfect color, a good printer, this is "office" quality
Cons: drivers(they come up on screen when you turn your computer on and you have to delete them) and manual is poor(written by an alien-too basic and not enuf useful info unless you really, really dig)
Summary: The printer performs well with good color, good resolution and nice features. The 1st copy is a bit slower than the Lexmark that it replaced, but the power consumption is lower also. Overall it is a good printer.
Summary: An awesome upgrade from my old Okidata. It handles paper much better and the feed trays are useful in that I do not have to feed items one at a time. Once I figured out how to keep it from shutting down all the time all was good.
