Summary: Here's the deal. This is a fine printer, small footprint, the duplexing is great and the quality is decent. Okidata RIPS YOU OFF on their dinky little toner catridges which have minimal life and are absurdly expensive. There are compatible brands out there but Okidata makes it so that is virtually impossible to get a non-Oki cartridge to work..
Summary: This is my second OKIDATA color printer. The last one served me well for a few years, then indicated it needed new toner and drums, and when I spent about $350 on those items, refused to work. I decided to take another chance with this printer, since it had decent reviews. The instructions that come with the printer are deplorable. It took me all night to get it hooked up and working.
Summary: Update Apr 20, 2013: To summarize the below, I'm on my 2nd OKI C330 printer after just over one year. The first printer I could not get to work again after clearing a paper jam and several support calls ended with being told I needed to replace the drum unit, it was almost the same cost to replace the printer which I did. Not to mention that I had already invested more than the printer cost in OKI toner cartridges which were still almost new.
Summary: I use this printer in my home office, and routinely print out lengthly colour docs. Pros: >Excellent output, crisp text, nice colors. As good as any color laser, I've used including hi-end ones found in corporate offices. >Well designed, easy to set up, toners are extremely easy to replace. >Respectable page per minute output, duplex printing works flawlessly. Printed reams of paper without a single jam yet. >Works well on Mac or PC platform. Cons: >Noisy when printing.
