Summary: The owner say is brand new, buy back is broken, and trace of use, material with machine, just like refurbished, packing also is very bad, is definitely not the original packaging.Back is basic quickly discarded. So "dirty".
Summary: I have used hp laser jet printers since 1975 when I opened my accounting and tax consulting business. About a month ago my hp printer was giving me problems and I am in an area that there are not so many repair services around nor did I have the time time to do the mtc myself. So I found the Lexmark T650n via e bay and sent in a buy price. It was accepted, and since than I have been using this printer it has been the best printer I have ever used.
Summary: I work in a hospital laboratory. We have 2 Lexmark 650's for printing results from the instrumentation. On average we have had to replace 1 a year. Either the print quality goes south or the printer starts wrinkling and folding the printouts. On talking with the instrument manufacturers it seems that this is a common problem with this particular model. If you print high volumes stay away from this printer. It's too expensive for the ammount of time it will be usable.
Summary: We have three of these in the office and no problems whatsoever. Very good quality printer. Cost of toner is high, but if you calculate cost per page as compared to other printers, you will see that the it comes out to be cheaper than most others.
Summary: I have been a long time buyer of Lexmark laser printers. They have always been the best for printing signs on card stock and vinyl labels, and still are. The T650N however, is not as reliable as previous models. Previous models would run for many months or even years without a breakdown, even with heavy use. But I've had numerous T650N printers that have had to be sent for repairs within only a few weeks.
Keeping our fingers crossed...updated with four stars a year later

Summary: We actually really like this printer, but are giving it three stars because the one we bought was defective and we had to return it after 1 day. To their credit, the factory sent us a new replacement with no hassles, and fairly quickly too. The replacement is working fine, but I was (and am) still a bit freaked out by a brand new printer (the first one) being broken from day one. Ask me again in a year, and we'll see if the printer merits four stars.
Summary: This printer is lightning fast, and has Lexmark's reliable printing capabilities. Downsides: expensive toner cartridges and remanufactured options are not available yet. Also, the standard paper tray is only 250 sheets.
