  • How many pages does a 100XL ink cartridge print?

    I've been using the 100XL ink cartridge on my Lexmark Prevail Pro705. I'm now on to my third cartridge in two months. I don't understand since I use the quick print, black and white setting and haven't even printed more than 300 pages. Does anyone else have this problem? Am I doing something wrong? Am I expecting too much?

    I have the Prevail PRO705 with 100 xl cartridges and I am on my 3rd set of cartridges and 4th black in 2 months. But I have only printed 100 BW pages and 26 color pages with at most 20% ink coverage. The ink disappears even when not printing. It is not leaking. HELP. I am going to junk this
