Summary: This one gets me riled up as I was able to save 35% of our office toner spend alone by replacing. Would be acceptable if the cost of the printer was minuscule, but it is also incredibly overpriced. Please note the Brother 5340D should you need an identical quality printer.
Pros: As IT Director I just retired 15 of these devices. Due to their unreasonably high price, you can donate these for a good return so long as your conscience doesn't get the best of you.
Cons: at 4-5 cents a page, this is the most cost in-efficient printer I've ever seen. You can't find anyone who sells a generic. Get yourself a Brother printer that uses generic TN650 toner. .5 cents a page, aka 10 times the value.
Summary: I'm beginning to see a bad pattern with Lexmark. Maybe it's not a good idea to change from HP.
Pros: Newegg ships fast!
Cons: This replaced a Lexmark e250dn. The new e260dn printer would constantly get a toner/halt error light sequence. I called Lexmark support, put me into VoiceMail. Left a message, they never called back. I RMA'd with Newegg before the 30 days.
Cons: The manual feed is terrible and the printer kept thinking it had a paper jam or else would show an error indicating that there was a problem with the toner. I couldn't go a day without having to remove and reseat the toner cartridge and even purchased a replacement cartridge with the same results...
Summary: I bought this printer new and have owned it for a couple of months. Paper or envelopes fed into the manual feeder will always give a jammed notice and will never print without my interference. I have to hold on to the paper and make the printer pull it from my grasp and then it sometimes works.
Summary: Worst printer I ever owned. I print many tax returns so I needed a fast printer. It's fast but stops regularly without any indication why. Panel lights are useless; never indicate why it malfunctions; and it malfunctions 1 out of every 4 returns.
Summary: Power Save mode that other reviewer mentioned annoys me enough to be sorry I purchased this printer. My lights flicker even in the next room and my TV goes kafluey for a minute each time the power save mode goes off, which is quite often.
Advertised as a network ready printer but was not able ...

Summary: Advertised as a network ready printer but was not able to be added to our network. Apparently it had a previous IP address installed and could not be reset for our network. We had our in-house IT person work on it and our outside IT contractor and neither could get it set up on the network.
No matter how pristine and perfect the envelope this happens
short guy, Amazon

Summary: When trying to use the manual paper feeder for single envelopes the paper jam light comes on. No matter how pristine and perfect the envelope this happens, even though there does not appear to be any jam in reality. So no envelope printing with this printer is possible.
Summary: 1. Paper jams ALL THE TIME. We used the printer to print on regular papers and shipping labels. It jam a lot. 2. toner is VERY EXPENSIVE. The printer only cost $150, but toner costs $90. And I cannot find cheaper version from ebay or anywhere. We used about 4 toner a month.
