Summary: I too had the "graying" problem that one other review mentioned. I found that replacing the black toner fixed the problem for a while, but that means replacing the toner cartridge before it is empty! In general the printer eats toner rapidly and the replacement cartridges are costly.
eats toner and photoconductor much faster then spec

Summary: The black toner started showing low warnings at about 2500 pages and at 2800 the toner ran out - the capacity is supposed to be 4000 pages. I had similar issues with the colour toner as well. Life expectancy for colour toner is roughly 50%. This is ridiculous.
Summary: The LCD window should be backlit so you can read it easier in poor lighting situations.
Pros: This printer is fast after a brief warmup. It has good print quality, even on color text. The toner prices are reasonable and the printer ships with enough toner for printing 4000 sheeets in B&W and 3000 sheets in Color. The cartridges make the printer a much better value than many other printer ...
Summary: I purchased this printer for my office and have not been happy with it. It is simple to set up, comes at a great price, but unfortunately something is up with the red toner alignment. I've done a couple of calibrations, remove the toner and shake trick, etc.
Summary: I am a bit confused. Toners are $119 each from Lexmark so to replace all four you are looking at approximately $xxx. The printer is $xxx new from Lexmark ($xxx currently on NewEgg) and according to the manufacturers page they ship with full size(3,000 color and 4,000 sheet b&w)toners now (they...
Pros: Nice quality, fast printing once it gets going, runs great on the network and easy to set up. I run it on a wireless network at home and can easily print from any of the four computers in the house. FYI full color costs about $0.14 per page.
Cons: Noisy. Fragile toners and parts. Be careful closing it, I managed to scratch one of the photoconductors (they are in the door) and have to get a new one (at least they are only 30 bucks. I haven't tried printing on different stuff (envelopes, glossy etc) so don't know how it does there.
Summary: I owned this printer for a few weeks. I was printing brochure pages on glossy paper and the printer turned all of the white areas grey. I tried al of their customer service suggestions none of which helped.
Summary: So anyhow...after opening up the printer toner area so many times...some sensor or something has fialed...it claims that one of the internal modules are missing....well they are there. Lexmark tech support treats you like a moron.
Pros: Cheap, network enabled, standard protocals supported well. Prints fast.
Cons: I have the 522N model right before this one. Well the bypass try jams ALL THE TIME...we are talking 15 minutes and 15-20 tries of feeding that paper in to get it to feed right. And the BEST PART...each time it feeds wrong...you have to open up the toner area then close it again. My staff hate thi...
Horrible experience with Lexmark C532N until Amazon saved the day

Summary: I bought this printer after reading a number of good reviews on other websites. Regrettably, my experience with this equipment was horrible. The installation went smoothly, and the printer produced nice output right away.
