"Poor manufacturer and vendor support"

dajoe2, CNET

  • Pros: I like that the printer has two paper trays and has an auxiliary tray that can hold 10 envelopes. I like the quality of the color printed out on my company logo. Finally I like the speed that documents are printed.
  • Cons: There is not enough room in this block, see below

"Great printer"

brupnow, CNET
5 December 2009
  • Pros: Fast, reliable, quality output. I don't work in graphic arts so maybe my needs aren't the same as the individual who does magazine prints but I do print client facing documents from this printer routinely.
  • Cons: Noisy and the toner's expensive.

"problems & actual consumption is much higher than rated"

kkckkc, CNET
16 September 2008
  • Pros: duplex and ethernet easy to clear paper jams
  • Cons: - fails to print some docs = wasted paper/toner - 2 big hardware failures - toner and conductors used up faster than spec - every few hours, has spasmodic fit; makes a lot of noise for few mins - after toner replaced, colour has not been good.
