I love this printer

Summary: I purchased this printer because I needed to print 5000 flyers for my business for advertising and the cost to have them printed was ridiculous. I found this printer new at a very reasonable price, plus I purchased the larger toner refills for less than the printing would have cost me. There was still toner left to print other jobs when I was finished. It has been wonderful, and in color, great for photos, brochures, etc. Toners load easily.
Manufacturer needs to come up with a NEW version for WIN7-8

Summary: This is a fantastic printer for artwork and greeting cards. My old one died after several years, and KM does not have an updated version available yet. You have to download a new driver if running Windows 7 or 8, and that will not give you the reading on remaining toner in the unit. Hopefully KM will offer a new small color laser desktop soon.
Summary: Absolutely have loved this printer. Over time cartridges may leak leading to printing issues but a little vacuuming and new cartridges do the trick. Only considering upgrading to a newer model due to no upgrade drivers for an iMac.
Summary: While the low price for a color laser printer may draw you in, steer clear of this one! I have spent countless reams of paper thanks to this printer getting an error close to the end of the print and all data that should have been spooled was lost...so it's back to square one. I have no problems with the print quality nor the cost of consumables. My problem is with the printer itself and the fact that once it has an error...consider your entire print job lost.
Summary: Printer is extremely noisy. Like other oldies, it needs to warm up for a while before printing. During the warm up process, the printer clicks, clicks, ticks, ticks, and makes lound noise that could wake up your whole family during the night. Paper jam is constant due to poor engineering of the paper pick up mechanism. After dealing with paper jam problems for a while, you will get sick and tired of this printer.
Summary: Konica Minolta magicolor® 2400W Laser Printer - this model is good only on a PC. I also use a 2430DL which is good for the MAC as well. Works very well with Greeting Card Factory. It is very economical to use. Although a discontinued model, it is still most useful, moreso because of the low pricing.
Summary: I have owned my 2400W for nearly 5 years now and it continues to spit out flawless documents. I have never once had a paper jam or any other malfunction and I typically print on 24 pound paper. I have run 4x6 photo paper through it and, while it's definitely not a "photo printer", the results are quite good with detail really only being an issue in very dark areas of a photo. I have printed labels and envelopes as well without issue.
Summary: I have no idea why it has mixed reviews but for the price this printer delivers strong results. It prints crisp colors relatively quietly and very quickly. Also, the link lasts VERY long compared to other printers in this category! I love it! Only issue is that is it a bit big, but if you have the space it is perfect!
I do not recommend it...unless you like punishment.

Summary: I purchased my Konica-Minolta 2400W laser printer new. I am sorry that I ever purchased this printer. I have wasted my valuable time as well as hundreds of dollars (for new Konica-Minolta toner cartridges) trying to get this printer to function properly. From day one I noticed that it was quite noisy. It actually shakes and clunks around as it prepares to print. The paper pickup is also very weak. I would estimate that it fails to pick up the paper 30% of the time.
