Well after 2 years . . . .

Summary: The Good: It still works. We use it only for color printing. The Bad: Its a toner HOG! we don't get even 1/2 of the stated life of the toner cartridges. The Ugly: The price of the toner. A set costs as much as the printer. We are looking for another printer soon. This printer is the most expensive maintenance issue in our office.
Summary: This thing swallows ink bad! I had not been going anywhere near 1000 pages and replaced 3 cartridges already and at 100-150 a pop thats not very efficient! needless to say it is the smoothest and questest printer i have owned..
Summary: It's an ok printer, but nothing stellar. For the price it is good quality and the prints look great. The ink is pretty expensive and I am not super impressed with the admin software. The printer curls the paper up pretty well on a double sided print and card stock looks like a scroll when I get done with it. We had a solid ink printer and I think it was cheaper per print although I don't think the images looked as crisp.
Summary: The print quality is excellent but the thicker the paper (within manufacturer's specifications), the more the printed paper curls to an unacceptable amount. The vendor tells us they are not allowed to take back printers which have been used. The manufacturer won't take it back because they didn't sell it directly. Amazon tells us to contact the vendor. We are left with a printer that does not do what we bought it for and is therefore only half as useful as we thought.
