Summary: Bought this printer due to its reasonable price point and reviews. Set up the printer OK but had an issue where postscript wasn't printing properly. Called company and walked through a setup that seemed to fix the problem. I print very very rarely (probably less than 100 sheets this past year!
Summary: I just received the Konica Minolta Magicolor 4750DN in the mail--and much to my chagrin, the unit is defective straight out of the box. The printer cannot seem to recognize two of its toner units, despite the fact that both are brand new and factory installed.
Summary: This printer replaced the Brother Laser printer we had in our office; used as a network printer shared with 3 employees. From day one there were issues getting the printer to properly work using a wireless print server connected to our office router.
Summary: In 20 years of IT work, I have rarely come across a printer with more problems. And believe me, I've handled some whoppers. First, the toner supposedly lasts for several bajillion pages (creative exaggeration deliberate), however my users churned through toner so fast I wound up keeping at least 3...
Summary: I agree totally with the other reviewer about this product. Have spent a fortune on cartridges and it can't seem to print out a simple Word for Windows table. We just get a whole load of pages with error codes on. What use is that? Avoid this product and buy something reliable.
