broken after printing less than 50 times

Summary: Bought this printer due to its reasonable price point and reviews. Set up the printer OK but had an issue where postscript wasn't printing properly. Called company and walked through a setup that seemed to fix the problem. I print very very rarely (probably less than 100 sheets this past year!) but for some reason the toner is already almost gone and now the paper jams constantly. I can't even print anymore without the paper jamming now.
Summary: I simply cannot imagine a product that retails for $800 is this bad. I've really tried to like this printer, but my old $250 Epson Perfection inkjet could run circles around this Konica. Admittedly, I have high expectations for print quality and color, so after my first testing when the colors looked terrible, I told myself "it's not a high end printer.
Summary: I just received the Konica Minolta Magicolor 4750DN in the mail--and much to my chagrin, the unit is defective straight out of the box. The printer cannot seem to recognize two of its toner units, despite the fact that both are brand new and factory installed. I soon discovered, in trying to get help for the problem, that Konica Minolta's online support is essentially non-existent.
Summary: This printer replaced the Brother Laser printer we had in our office; used as a network printer shared with 3 employees. From day one there were issues getting the printer to properly work using a wireless print server connected to our office router. All computers accessing this printer are PC's running Windows7 (64bit). Once we were all connected and printing was possible, there were issues with extreme latency trying to print any files that were > 1 Meg.
Summary: In 20 years of IT work, I have rarely come across a printer with more problems. And believe me, I've handled some whoppers. First, the toner supposedly lasts for several bajillion pages (creative exaggeration deliberate), however my users churned through toner so fast I wound up keeping at least 3 of each color on hand within the first two months. Big. Mistake. After 3 months, one of them began to chew paper at the fuser.
Summary: I agree totally with the other reviewer about this product. Have spent a fortune on cartridges and it can't seem to print out a simple Word for Windows table. We just get a whole load of pages with error codes on. What use is that? Avoid this product and buy something reliable.
