Summary: I have this computer on my home local area network. It is connected with Gigabit Ethernet and a MacOS machine running 10.8.x Mountain Lion. The computer and printer are on the same switch. The printer is terribly slow to print anything. Most of the time it will eventually come out, but it can be several minutes later. Or, you have to power cycle the unit to get the job to complete. I have tried it with the Konica Minolta driver as well as generic Postscript.
Summary: This has got to be one of the slowest printers I have ever owned. I just decided to switch everything to black and white, and only print the things that I absolutely need in color. Seriously, go to Kinko's and have them print it for you. You might not save any money, but at least you'll save time!
Summary: I purchased this printer last week. I set it up and was a bit disappointed with the time it took to finally print, but was very pleased with the quality. However, it doesn't automatically (or otherwise) print duplex, as it should. It also spits out a blank page before it actually prints the job. I have also experienced paper jams - letter and envelope. So today, I tried calling customer support to take care of these problems.

Summary: Printer is very good in Quality. I dont mind the noise either. But this company have very bad reputation in upgrading the driver software.Just because of that I have to throw out a very good priner. If you have Vista and you have plan to upgrade to Window 7, check first with Konica Minolta whether they have the driver in 32 bit and 64 bit.
