flimsy toner cartridges - not worth the hassle
Elastic man "Elastic man", Amazon

Summary: the toner cartridges are so cheap that the little handle snapped off as I tried to change the yellow one. Handle then fell inside the unit, and "service required" displayed on the LCD screen. I'm going to cut my losses and sell this thing on Ebay, as-is. Cheap quality.
Summary: (Have owned this product for about 2 years. Used to be a laser printer tech.) It prints okay in B&W on letter paper. Get outside of that, you're likely to have trouble. Very noisy (you almost have to yell over it). No internal tray (folds out of front, feels cheap). Tiny tray (legal paper just hangs out). VERY SLOW (compounds with noisy, if you want to print a large color document with photos, you are going to hear this thing going like a vacuum for the next 30 mins).
Not even three months old and not working properly

Summary: I bought this printer in June and am noticing that the ink is smearing. I took the roller bar ( I think that is what it is) out and see that there is what appears to be cellophane in there causing the pages to smear in the middle. Tried to get it out with tweezers, but it really looks like it is part of the roller so afraid to do anything more. Now I tried to send it back but it is past the deadline according to Amazon. Surely it is still under some kind of warranty.
Summary: I really wanted to like this printer! I had such high hopes since I've used Konica Minolta products in so many business settings and loved the product. This fell really short of the mark. I'll start off by saying that if you're going to graphics, this is NOT the printer for you. I read the reviews that said it was slow, but wow, I wasn't prepared for this slow. Send a file from photoshop, illustrator, indesign....then go get a cup of coffee, when you get back...
Summary: I have owned this printer for a year and a half and every month or so it requires some sort of maintenance. We probably don't even print 100 pages a month yet I am constantly resolving issues with this. The latest (as I write this) is a "belt error". I've been reading google results for 45 minutes trying to find a solution. Nothing. I would never buy one of these again and I have now decided to start shopping for a new color laser printer.
