Summary: ....and now its useless brick. Paper loader stopped feeding paper. No jams, no broken parts, it's just stopped working suddenly. Now it's too late to exchange or return this garbage. I DON'T recommend this printer.
I have now recieved not ONE but TWO of these Printers Damaged

Summary: What a mess! I just set up my Amazon Prime account, that didn't work. They cancelled this order 3 or 4 times and then I ended up with 2 printers (customer service could not help me-would not??) Two day shipping--what a joke! That was another laugh,4 days. When the printers finally arrived I opened the first one and it just made horrible noised and flashed an error message, it could not go through set up with the computer. So I opened the second box.
Excerpt: Bought two printers one for the dorm and one for backup. One of them had problem starting day two after printing a test page and a few pages successfully on day 1. Second one had the problem of blinking toner lights just like the other one right off from the box. Returning both. No display on the printer is a big handicap to trouble shoot problems.
Summary: I purchased this printer 2 weeks ago for printing some color flyers to hand out at an event. I have been in the market for a home laser printer for my art and event distributions to avoid costly printing expenses elsewhere. I thought it would be perfect for my small scale needs. The packaging was good. Nothing was damaged when the printer arrived.
Summary: It worked well for a short time. Now it is stuck in error mode and will not work. All LED lights across all cartridge, ready, and error will not clear. It's disappointing because trouble shooting says the device is working properly.
If it works, it's very good. If it doesn't, you are in for a load of trouble.

Summary: The printer is fantastic: it is quite fast and print quality is mindblowing, at a very low cost! Remanufactured toners are fairly cheap, if you look for deals, although they run out kind of fast--but that is to be expected, I think, for a color laser--you shouldn't be using this for everyday bw prints if you could help it. Having been using this for a couple of months, though, I found a couple of very annoying quirks. First, it is quite noisy.
Excerpt: I USE FOR LOW USE AT HOME ,IT JAMS PAPER ,THE INK LIGHTS CONSTANTLY COME ON FOR NO REASON ,I HAVE HAD TO CALL WARRANTY DEPT THEY KEEP SENDING PARTS THAT ARE NOT THE PROBLEM,IVE BEEN WORKING ON IT MYSELF i WOULD THINK iF THEY WERE A STAND UP COMPANY THEY WOULD JUST SEND OUT A NEW PRINTER INSTEAD THEY SEND PARTS AND I HAVE TO CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE TECHS AND WORK ON PRINTER WITH TECH TRYING TO EXPLAIN HOW TO FIX
Cons: Jams Easily, TO MANY TONERS, Too much toner used, Unreliable
Excerpt: It worked fine until the black toner ran out at 449 pages. I installed a new toner and got black splochy lines from top to bottom. It seems that this is the same experience that others had according to their reviews. I wish I had read them earlier. This machine shouldn't be for sale.<br />Now I find out I only had 15 days to return it which was yesterday. It is of no use to me in this condition.
Summary: I love a great deal & I thought I had gotten one on this <$150 color laser. I purchased this to print brochures & other color graphic advertising material. I have not overtaxed the printer as I may only print 50-100 items every so often. First off the printer seemed OK although it had a few ghost images or smudges that it would sometimes print on the next sheet. then after about the first 100 print jobs all the toner ran out.
