Summary: I purchased a Kodak ESP 9250 a couple of years ago and it was so bad, Kodak sent me another that was re-manufactured and it gave a lot of problems. When you call the toll free number you get someone in India that could care less. I replace now three print heads, I have an old Lexmark, and Epson that keeps on printing without problems. Now that I have purchased my third print head, I intend to put this Kodak ESP 9250 up for sale for some Kodak fan, as I am not.
Summary: This has been the worst purchase I can remember ! The only thing I think that has worked w/o problem is the fax. The rest has been and continues to be problematic and mostly poor quality prints. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone, I previously had a Kodak and it worked great for 4 yrs, this was bad from the start.
Summary: It ened up taking over 4 hours to install this printer, and it still does not work properly. It arrived with an older instalation disk which did not even have this printer model number on the disk. I downloaded the program from their website, still would not work. I called (India) their support center and spent over 1 1/2 hours with their person to install. Next day it does not work again, so back we go for another 2 hours on the phone with their team.
Summary: Worst printer I have ever used, If you can get it to work at all, There are so many issues I don't even want to start, Print quality is next to nothing, Don't buy this printer save your self the head ache.
Summary: I got the printer and it did not work. I returned it but never got my money back. I am waiting for my money back so I can buy another brand printer.I do like the printer I have had one for about a year and I wanted one for my wife to use for her business I should give it 4 stars..........
Summary: Avoid buying Kodak ESP 9250....Thinking that I was getting a highly rate product from a highly rated company, boy was I fooled. Their printers are truly below avg. They get you on the ink cartridge price...ie $10.00 for black and $15.00 for color. They fail to mention that if one runs out, the printer shuts down completely...there is no "used just black ink side." Not that I printed a lot approx.
Summary: I purchased this printer last year. It has been an ink hog (sure low cost ink but it flies through it) printer head is poor to say the least. It always jammed regardless of paper type in it. The printer head would ALWAYS need to be Cleaned. I had to go out and purchase a new printer, I wont be looking at Kodak I know this for sure. I would avoid Kodak at all costs if you need reliable printing.
Summary: Kodak claims the ink last it doesn't but the ink is cheaper but if it doesn't last longer and print more black and white or color pages it's not worth the cost of the printer or the large amounts of ink your going to go through after its all done.
Summary: I bought this printer because the reviews seemed quite acceptable and the cost of the ink was much lower than HP. I used rather infrequently and was pleased. In fact, I bought a second one for another location. Then I changed the ink cartridges and could never get the print to be of a decent quality. I tried troubleshooting online, replacing ink cartridges, cleaning heads, doing everything possible to get it to work like new again.
