Summary: I purchased a Kodak ESP 9250 a couple of years ago and it was so bad, Kodak sent me another that was re-manufactured and it gave a lot of problems. When you call the toll free number you get someone in India that could care less. I replace now three print heads, I have an old Lexmark, and Epson that keeps on printing without problems. Now that I have purchased my third print head, I intend to put this Kodak ESP 9250 up for sale for some Kodak fan, as I am not.
Summary: Kodak claims the ink last it doesn't but the ink is cheaper but if it doesn't last longer and print more black and white or color pages it's not worth the cost of the printer or the large amounts of ink your going to go through after its all done.
Summary: This all in one is a dinasour, there are no software program to extract the the full potential of this printer. Lexmark has a software that allows control of the printer to scan to computer files, scan into pdf, and to fax from the computer. It allows dragging and droping files into an array of options such as email, fax, or drop into files. Kodak does not have anything like this.
Cheap quality is what you get with constant breakdowns.

Summary: This printer has a mind of its own. It wants to print documents only on the photo paper and paper jams very often. The trouble shooting guide gives no direction on how to cure or change the printer settings. You will save on ink because it can't print in the first place. Poor engineering and software is what you get when you get a Kodak printer. Very poor response time with tech support. Buy another brand of printer and save your time.
