A great printer until now

Summary: I have had the HP B8350 for almost a year. It was great out of the box, prints great photos and 11x17 maps within 5 minutes. However, within the past week, this product has a serious problem noted by others. I go to print a photo, make some changes to the print quality and paper, press print, and the light simply blinks. If you check the print queue, it is empty!
Summary: This is a good printer and prints very well and on large formats, well ok, medium formats 13 x 19. Others have mentioned some problems with it and I can verify most of them. Some large print files take a long time to load. It seems to print fast once loaded. And the prints are really good quiality prints, especially on good photo paper. The cartridges are not as expensive as some HP printers but they're pretty small and a "brass-bound [...]" to replace!
Summary: The B8350 does a great job of printing photos. To test the Vivera inks, I set a photo on the window sill, exposed to sunlight. After over a month, it's still sitting there with no perceivable fading! The photos I printed on my old 1315v would fade from a weekend in the sun. Also worth mentioning is that the B8350 has a very nice quality feel and appearance to it.
