Fax is a 3rd party, you can't plug this into a phone jack. Print is slow.

Summary: We bought this thinking it would be like my other HP that just went out. I needed the fax so we made sure it had it. We saw it in the store with the tablet feature bringing us in. The tablet is okay, you can check email and go on web sites other than that it's not great.
Summary: I have used the product for three months now. First the printer part. Works great, print quality is excellent. Especially like the photos that are printed. Does seem to use more ink that other printers though. Now the tablet part of the printer also referred to as "Zeen". It is terrible.
Summary: We bought this printer the first of the year....wow, not what I would ever recommend to anyone. The zeen is a great idea, but it does not work. HP has replaced the printer once and the zeen three times. Still it does not work. As a copier, this is awesome..
Summary: I have had this printer 2 days and have not been able to get beyond attaching the Zeen because there it tells me that incorrect cartridges are inserted. There were no cartridges in the box so I inserted a full set of brand new cartridges I had on hand (#564's as required).
Not the greatest printer, cost alot doesn't print as well as my older one..

Summary: NOT the easiest printer to learn. The zeen, that is a different story.... don't really like it> I had another HP printer before this one it was wonderful. Hopefully I will learn more< I don't like the ideal of having to put the SD card in the zeen, what if you have trouble with it...
Summary: Save your money. Buy a simple printer. The extras you pay for on this one do not work. The setup instructions were very poor. It prints, copies and scans fairly well. The ink cartridges are lame and need to be replaced about every 100 copies (not 250 like advertised). The tablet is useless.
Summary: I needed a new printer as a replacement for another HP Photosmart All-in-One that was a workhorse for me. I bought this one based on the reviews and the fact that it came with an Android-based tablet. It was advertised to have fax capabilities out of the box as well.
