Summary: This was the best all in one printer until the battery in my Zeen exploded. My zeen literally busted open. Now the printer is useless and you cannot purchase a replacement zeen. After researching how to fix/replace the zeen there were so many others that had the exact same problem.
Customer Service and Technical Support Call Centers are based in Philippines

Summary: had a cartridge leak and ruined the printerhead. Ink pooled underneath the printer. Called HP. Both technical support and customer service are based in the Philippines. I was informed that they do not have agents in the United States. They read from a manual.
Summary: I have had this printer since it came out in 2011. I use it only when i need it. I have never really used the zeen because it just didnt work like the touch screen you could only use it for the printer if you needed to print or scan but i never used the apps to confusing and slow.
Summary: In this printer, you can only access the controls and settings and scan documents, etc. with the included HP Zeen tablet. Now without this tablet, you can't print or do anything. This tablet never connects to the WiFi no matter how close it is to the router. To top it off, it's very cheap.
Summary: Horrible experience trying to use this printer the past 3 years. HP is more interested in trying to pitch Barnes and Noble and more failed business models on their interface than they are trying to actually print a document. I struggle to get it to print simple things like a boarding pass.
Summary: The Printer needs to be cleaned monthly. The Zeen needs to be reset every other day. Eventually both will fail, Save your money and buy something that doesn't look as pretty but actually functions.
