Summary: In this printer, you can only access the controls and settings and scan documents, etc. with the included HP Zeen tablet. Now without this tablet, you can't print or do anything. This tablet never connects to the WiFi no matter how close it is to the router. To top it off, it's very cheap.
Summary: Horrible experience trying to use this printer the past 3 years. HP is more interested in trying to pitch Barnes and Noble and more failed business models on their interface than they are trying to actually print a document. I struggle to get it to print simple things like a boarding pass.
Summary: The Printer needs to be cleaned monthly. The Zeen needs to be reset every other day. Eventually both will fail, Save your money and buy something that doesn't look as pretty but actually functions.
Summary: Do not waste your time with this printer is you EVER plan to print invitations using off sized paper. The manufacturer of the paper has video instructions but the printer will not allow for this sized paper. Extremely frustrating. Guess I'll just return all this garbage to the store.
Summary: I really hate this printer. Nothing but trouble. I have never been able to use it without having an issue. When I want to print I want to print not spend an hour fixing something. The other thing I hate about HP printers is the amount of junk they install. Including the drivers.
Summary: I like the way this printer worked, when it worked, but it doesn't last. And I'm the nut that bought 2. My first one came in Jan 2012 and lasted 6 months. For some reason, I thought it was just a fluke so I ordered the same one again.
Summary: I actually own a bunch of HP products, (computer, monitors, laptops) and have been quite happy with the them. But after suffering through months of headache with this particular printer (constant connection issues, now the black cartridge won't print, high ink price), I can honestly say the greatest...
