  • Pros: loved the wireless connection and the prints came out nice.
  • Cons: I am VERY frustrated that the touch screen went black on me. I can't read error messages, nor can I reestablish the wireless setting. This printer has rarely been used...

"Wonderful printer, but one complaint..."

  • Pros: Nice quality printing, easy ink access, easy paper access, A LOT of extras on the printer itself, I really like the quick "cancel" button on the printer
  • Cons: My numero uno complaint: You CANNOT print in black only if all the other cartridges are empty. I find this to be a HUGE nuisance. It is a little on the large side, also.
