Good product for photo and general inkjet work

tcdon, Ebay
30 October 2013
  • Summary: We use this exclusively for photo printing and it does a great job. It is a bit touchy about using only HP paper, but we can live with that.

  • Summary: This printer is great for home use after a few years it starts giving you trouble!I have had three of them, the pictures start coming out darker then normal, ink starts leaking, paper tray starts sticking getting hard to close. It wont calibrate itself just keeps sliding the unused paper out and tells you to load unused white paper in the printer and press ok.

  • Summary: Fast, but expensive to buy and own. Goes through ink very fast, but is reliable. The print quality is incredible... probably the best I've ever seen.

It was discontinued

Lee Anderson, Amazon
31 January 2013
  • Summary: Did not realized that this printer was discontinued. And although it was still in the original box and packaging, the set up ink was old and would not load. Contacted HP and got a big run a round until someone finally exlained that there would not be any new set up ink packages for this machine because it was out of date and discontinued. Contacted Amazon, got approval to ship back to the seller. It was an expensive purchase.

Paper Jam!

xylene, Amazon
17 September 2012
  • Summary: This printer gets a paper jam on literally every page. My roommate has one in our college dorm and it takes 10 minutes to print 5 pages while you wait for it to work out the jam.

It doesn't get any better.

jazzylovejam, Ebay
10 April 2012
  • Summary: Could not ask for better service from the seller. I have several D7360 and needed to add to my group for my design and print business. I never thought that I would love a printer so much that nothing else could make me change. HP really placed their all into making this printer. Great photos, text and speed...on all types of media. Ink adjustment is the selling point...no waste. I may start searching for another one in the next few months just to have on hand.

Still working great

Joseph S,, Amazon
14 February 2012
  • Summary: I just looked at reviews of this printer because I've owned it for a couple of years. I have to say, I don't understand the negative reviews, I am very happy with mine. It does not waste paper, it's very reliable (directly connected over USB). If a color cartridge is EMPTY it says either replace it or continue printing in B&W, that's fair. Keep spare color cartridges on hand. Photo quality is very good indeed. Print quality is excellent.

Cuts off printing partway through page.

GreySpy, CNET
2 January 2012
  • Summary: The biggest problem is that it will not print an entire page on one sheet of paper. It will grab a sheet, print about 1-2 inches on it, feed it through to the exit tray, and then grab a second sheet and continue where it left off! It does this every time I use the printer after leaving it alone for a few days or a week. After the first time it does this, it will print normally for the rest of the day. But it is so frustrating to waste all of this paper and ink.
  • Pros: Touchscreen is responsive.
  • Cons: Wastes paper and ink., Won't print with expired ink.
